The Venom 2 products have a standard preset run time of 15 minutes per session. If your device shuts off after 15 minutes of use this is normal and not a battery issue. To perform a factory reset, please hold only the power button down for 10 seconds. The LED light will blink one time yellow and then turn off. Please wait until the yellow LED light comes back on for the complete reset. Maxium battery life is 3 hours if fully charged.

As advertised, simple and performs well!
Overall very pleased. Heats very fast. I typically use the first or second setting which is usually enough. Figure under 20 seconds it’s heated up. 3 distinct vibration settings, one constant, the other two intermittent pulsating. Fit wise it’s comfortable. The controller can be a bit bulky if you wear it under a shirt but generally not in the way of movement. I generally run 1-2 cycles, which are 15-minute intervals apiece. You can get 1-2 more intervals out of a single charge but beware if you’re running high heat and constant vibration the battery life will be impeded as it is wireless after all. However for the 30 minute sessions at low to medium heat and one constant vibration and one pulsating this works like a charm and charges full in about 30 minutes. From completely dead battery it’ll take several hours to fully charge. I’ve used it typical twice a day, so hour total every day going on a few months with zero issues. Dont really see a point for the Bluetooth/app so have not downloaded it. There’s 3 heat/3 vibration settings, not exactly complex stuff here to need an app to control it. Definitely recommend it as part of a recovery program, this has helped quite a bit in combination with other steps to mitigate back pain.

Amazing product
Love this product! Have used heating pads in the past but this blows them away. Gets hot, fast and also has vibration which many of those pads do not have. This product has improved my quality of life as it really helps with low back pain/tightness that I experience every morning. I just pop it on for 15 mins and my muscles warm up and I’m ready to go.Best thing about this is how I can use it anywhere, anytime. I can use it while sitting at my desk working, or while I go for a walk. Can’t say that about any plug in heating pads!It has three heat settings which is nice because I can only tolerate the heat up to the second setting. So it’s super powerful and great for people who can handle more heat than I can.Also enjoy the vibration, which is very strong. I prefer the first vibration setting, which is continuous. The other two are more intermittent which doesn’t suit me.Would say the only downside is the battery life that lasts about 2 hours or so. I can’t really complain about it though because it’s battery powered and thus can be used anywhere, any time. Also I’m sure the heating element requires an enormous amount of power so totally understandable.Overall I highly recommend this product and would easily consider buying products from this company in the future.

A very good investment!
At 67, my body is starting to cash those checks I wrote over 45 years in the building trades — along with a healthy dose of surfing, softball, hockey, and tournament paintball. I’ve used this daily with my athletes, and it’s a game-changer. The cordless design makes it easy to wear anywhere, and the heat + vibration combo feels like a heated massage on demand. The charge lasts up to 2 hours, recharges quickly (15–30 minutes), and the timer automatically shuts off after 20 minutes—just enough for safe, effective relief.The wrap is lightweight, soft, and fits comfortably around the back, but I’ve also used it on thighs and even the abdomen (great for cramps). Needs a new charger
This has been a lifesaver for my husband’s back. It provides excellent relief with three different vibration modes and a fantastic heat option, which really helps to soothe his muscles. It’s comfortable to wear and the battery life is great. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is a significant issue we had with the charger. The charging pin broke off inside one of our outlets, which was both inconvenient and a little concerning. While the wrap itself is a wonderful product, the quality of the charger could definitely be improved.

Heated & Massage…perfect for back Spasms.
Fantastic product! I get periodic back spasms and end up just suffering through the day. This rechargeable back heating and massage worked great. I can select 1-3 different heat settings; but 2 is hot enough. I also will cycle through the 3 different massage settings to work through the muscle. Worked better than I expected. Very comfortable and secure to wear it and I am sure it reduced the duration of the pain. No problem with battery life.

Works really well, and helpful for inflamation or pain
I have another one of their products for the back, which I use every day, and so helpful, so when my knee started bothering me, I checked out what they had, and purchased this one. The heat is pretty intense, so I usually keep it at a 1, which works for me. Sometimes I’ll put it at 2 and then turn down to 1 when it starts getting too hot. The vibrations are nice, and I like that I can move it around to hit other areas. The only down side is it doesn’t let you know when it’s getting low on battery, like the back one does, so I guess you just need to charge it more often.
