Teach kids agency in a fun, engaging way!
Great book for discussing choices and teaching kids to have agency over their lives. I wish this book had been around when I was a kid! My son (5) and even my daughter (2) love this book and seeing how changing the choices impacts Danny’s day. The book has extremely relatable situations that kids are likely to encounter, so it gives us a great framework for talking about these when they arise in real life. We often reference the “power to choose” or even other superpowers like “super focus”. We also have the original book and the “Darla” book which my daughter particularly loves. The book is fun and engaging and the illustrations are colorful and evocative.

Book that teaches making good choices
Helps to teach kids the importance of making good choices. Your child gets to make the choice for Danny and the story continues based on choice made. Creating so many different stories to read. Kids love the book. Also there is a What Would Darla Do book.

    Helpful!
Helpful for those with littles who are learning self control and decision making. These books are very well thought out and intentional but keep my kiddo pulled in and not feeling like its a “lesson.”

    Great book for teaching children
This is our second what should danny do book that we’ve purchased for our children, teaches them about the power to choose which is so important in life. Every decision comes with a consequence, action leads to reaction and vice versa. Kids love reading it as well, keep asking to read it every night.

This is a fun book to read with children
This is a great book about having the power to make choices. It gives you a variety of choices to make, and the consequences for the choices that you make. My granddaughter loves to choose the naughty choices, which I think is hilarious. Great book pictures are colorful. It’s easy to understand.
