Gives a great massage.
This has been a game changer with my neck pain and headaches. (25 year old neck injury) It does have some serious pressure so it really works your muscles. I have discovered with daily use the muscles feel better and less tender each session. The heat is soothing and each massage cycle is 10 min. I get seven sessions on one charge when using heat. The pressure really works the vagus nerves in your neck to relieve headache pain and tension.By pulling on the straps you can control the amount pressure you add to the massage. You can also change the speed and movement of the massage as well as no heat.It comes with a charging cord which is a C type cord, but you need to supply the charging portal.

Best massager for shoulder
I’ve bought so many different types of neck massagers within the past few weeks after trying a similar device in korea. This is by far the best one I’ve tried that I could find here for my left shoulder pain! Other massagers that were cheaper have rotating balls, which did feel good but left me sore and in more pain than I was the next morning. This one squeezes your neck and shoulder. It can be a little hard to position in the right spot with the little legs touching your back/scapula area. I also tried a more expensive device that looked like this one and the legs were shorter exacerbating my issue with the device contacting my body. The heat also works very well and I enjoy the 3 different types of massage patterns. Highly recommend!!!

This is the best massager. I especially love the setting that holds the muscle for a couple seconds and releases.I will be purchasing my son one for Christmas.

Tension relief at it’s finest
I ordered this massager hoping it could help with the tension in the left back side of my neck. To my surprise after repeated scheduled massages the tension and tightness is almost non-existent and I can now easily look left or right with almost no pain. It arrived by way of same day delivery. Convenient packaging for easy removal. The control panel is conveniently located for ease of use. Charging port easily accessable and comes with a a charging cable. The neck pillow is more comfortable than it appears. Simple and easy to put on and adjust. Amazing and relaxing with multiple operating modes including heat. Definitely out performs any other methods and products i’ve previously tried. This product truly stands out.

BEST Neck Massager I’ve Used!!!
This massager is everything I have dreamed of when it comes to a neck/back massager. The design feels like you’re receiving a real massage from someone with thumbs! It actually provides pain/tension relief while being comfortable. To be honest, I couldn’t wait, so I used it right out of the box and multiple times since then (including on my lower back) and the battery life is still going strong. It’s amazing that it is it portable and rechargeable so you can use it wherever you want. The arm straps help it feel even more comfortable while adding pressure to all of the right places!I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an affordable and easy to use neck massager that actually provides relief! The first time I finished using it, I could feel a wave of tension release from my shoulders and neck. Don’t second guess if you need this because you absolutely do!!!

Doesn’t massage enough area
It only massages the neck. If it moved along the shoulders a little I would have kept it. It also gives a very deep massage if you like that. It was too rough for me on my neck. Wouldn’t mind deep in areas with more muscle & skin but this massager doesn’t touch those areas. Heat level & noise level were both good.

Really gets out the knots in your shoulders!
I’ve had this for almost three months and love it more each day! It’s like having a pair of hands kneading your shoulders right where I carry tension. I use it while sitting in a chair with a higher back. If I brace this device against the back of the chair and lean into it, I can adjust where exactly it’s massaging me. Unlike a rolling ball, this has bracket-type hands that “pinch” the top of your shoulders. They grab the shoulder flesh and really breaks up the knots. The heat feature is really great while you’re using the massager. I use it for just 5 minutes and get relief like going to a masseuse.

Not perfect but adequate.
Does what it is advertised to do. Great for personal use if you don’t have someone to massage you or go to an actual Masseuse. I Also appreciate how it’s compact and portable. This treats exactly the spot as shown in the pictures. It does get very deep in the top of the shoulder area below the base of neck but misses a key spot for me which is about an inch or two lower. So it simulates tiny hands vs normal to large. IMHO I think it’s lacking in pressure on the neck. I couldn’t manage to manipulate the positioning of it to get it to go deeper in that area. You cannot use it anywhere else on your back effectively, you can barely feel it. Therefore it does not replace my much larger and pricier plug in shiatsu shoulder massager that I can use up and down my spine. I’ve seen these things on TikTok for a while now and was very curious. For the price point I think I will keep it and just use it separately as part of a multi device massage therapy session. An all in one would be great but I can’t afford a massage chair, lol.

I have been having headaches from tension in my neck and shoulders, so I bought this massager. I figured it was less expensive than a session at a massage clinic. This massager is great! It’s very easy to use and you can control the depth of the massage on different muscle groups, just by pulling on the slings that your arms rest in. I like the heat feature as well; it feels very comforting and helps relieve tension and pain. It can be used for the legs and back as well. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it!

This is an amazing and well made product which was bought as a gift for my father who was delighted with it as he suffers with neck pain.However I am forced to give only four stars. It wasnt until we received the product and read the accompanying booklet that we realised it may not be suitable for those with a pacemaker fitted and a doctor should be consulted before use. This we did and were told by his doctor not to use it. Such a pity and my father was very disappointed he could not use it. I do feel that this should have been stated in the blurb as I would not have gone to the trouble of buying it knowing Dad has a pacemaker. Check also if you such things as replacement joints as this was also mentioned as needing a doctors referral.
