So there was a problem with delivery and it’s been fixed so this should arrive on the 23rd. Changing my rating to 5.Update: phone arrived!! It’s perfect, it’s the exact phone it shows. It’s great for my 11 year old grandson. This phone is slim and lightweight and there are many protective cases to fit it. I almost always buy yhe refurbished galaxy phones and watches. The phone I have now was bought on Amazon refurbished and I’ve had it 4 years. I would recommend this purchase to all!!

I bought samsung A11 and it arrived quite late (shipping error, not the sellers fault)but the phone kept freezing and took considerable amount of time to respond to touch, and phone would freeze if you took a picture of a moving subject, ie take a landscape photo while driving,I contacted the seller first thing, and seller excepted return, shipped me a shipping label by mail cause I dont have a printer or access to one,also cause it arrived late I had to intercept the package cause I moved already to another home, the seller also refunded me the interception fee for the phonethen, I bought a new one (samsung s10e) from the the seller, waiting for the arrivalthe seller took full responsibility for the item, and their first priority is to make sure their costumers are satisfiedThank you Stalion ReQuip, looking forward to shopping from your store again!

Lies lies lies. This producto is listed as a unblocked phone and it is not.The phone itself blocked and not way to use it with any carrier I went to att and found out the phone itself completely compromised and locked. Amazon should check more carefully the sellers. This is ridiculous that we can get scammed through Amazon đź‘Ž
