Great introductory book, highly recommend.
I am a beginner to the world of AI. I finished the book in a week. It presents many topics in a simple (not dumbed-down) fashion. I loved that the complexity of the topics increased as the chapters progressed. I grew in confidence and am able to hold my own in an L200 level AI related conversation. You won’t go wrong with this book even if you are already familiar with some fundamental concepts – you will something here to enrich your knowledge.

Very Deep In The Weeds
This covered AI much deeper than expected for a Dummies book . . . I’m retired IT and the book gave me a headache . . .

Took a point off because no one in the editorial chain knows how to use commas
They pop up where they don’t belong but are glaringly absent where needed.
Jason Palmer –

NO es un buen libro, no va a la esencia de la IA, es un mareo y te quedas igual…

The “for dummies” books were always about taking a complex topic, breaking it down and explaining it to you like a 5yr old without making you feel stupid. I loved themThis is not that. This book, the authors just wrote a manula about ai, referencing tons of scientic articles that prove their point. What happened to 5yr old?Do yourself a favor, save some money and just put the latest free articles about ai into your favorite genai tool and ask it to explain it as if you were a 5yr old and include examples.
