Worthless without the warranty
Hard drive failed after 7 months. I barely used it. I guess I should have got the warranty because it stopped working immediately after the 6 months. I did spend an hour on the phone with a tech and it wont even factory reset, it must be sent in, $150 starting fee to be looked at. This was the “nicest” laptop I’ve ever been able to afford, I should have spent more for the extra care because it crapped out without even being used. Bad hard drive, apparently. Buyer beware.

Save up for something better
What a waste of money. Not even a year old and I’ve had all sorts of issues: random freezing, display not showing when powered on, flickering screen, Bluetooth issues, etc etc., Find something better and more expensive because you’ll get what you paid for with this

Excellent Fusion 360 computer!
I wish I purchased sooner. My old ASUS ran perfectly and I put off upgrading until running old Windows 10 became a problem. My new ASUS is so lightning fast and changing over all my stuff from the old laptop to my new laptop was so easy. To think I put it off thinking it would be a pain. WOW! Like I said I wish I did this a long time ago. Excellent laptop and I had it the next day after ordering.

Do not waste your money
This laptop is a complete piece of garbage. Fresh out of the box and it is slow, it constantly disconnects to the internet, which makes online gaming imposissible and downloads take forever. I have yet to pinpoint the cause of the problems, but I really shouldn’t have to. A total waste of money.
