Surprisingly sturdy, strong, and relaxing.
I was surprised at how high robust this ended up being and how high quality it feels.This thing is a real unit (has serious weight to it) and the amount of functions on it is surprising for such a unit.It has 3 different vibration functions, for one, which pulse in different rhythms to help relax you.The side and bottom have inflatable bolsters which help place you tighter in the right position to benefit the most from the primary massage motors.There’s a heat function as well, which feels great.The actual massage portion involved different actuation components for the neck, the back, and the lower back. The main massage function can be controlled piecemeal or in a pre-programmed pattern for a shiatsu massage (how I use it), and the entire pattern itself can be run forwards or backwards for an almost entirely different experience.The only thing id really pay attention to is that the chair you plan to place this on needs to have a long enough seat depth to house the entire bottom portion of the unit. The back has 2 velcro straps to help hold the unit in place.Overall, surprisingly satisfied with this thing. It’s heavy duty – no joke – and I hope that its going to last a very long time!

Works as expected! The whole family has tried it and it has helped with my back spasms. The heat level seems low (could be from extra layers of clothing this time of year). Massage quality seem to be just right.

This is definitely a higher quality back massager compared to another brand previously purchased. I especially like the ability to focus the massage on a particular location, the ability to choose different modes of massage, and the ability to adjust the vibration level.I will be honest about this though – I was disappointed when the first item shipped didn’t contain the power plug (the reason for 4 stars instead of five), but Comfier’s support team promptly responded and replaced the item within a few days.

good value for the price. The massage quality is excellent, allowing for target, full or lower back options. You can control the intensity of the shiatsu massage with provided cover for the back. The vibration and air tension options inhance and provide an additional demension to your massage. The neck /shoulder massager is very good and also allows for target massage of neck and upper shoulder areas. Overall, a great product that delivers at a very reasonable price. The only potential draw back may be height differential requiring shorter person to use cushion for neck massager. I highly suggest you use the back and the neck massager funtions seperately to maximise massage sessions.

Broke in 2 months, useless return policy.
Bad product, worse care. It was OK at first but broke within 2 months, Amazon will not back the product, and the seller will not allow a return after 1 month. Amazon directs us to the seller for support. The sellers policies seem intended to only back the product once, and ensure we get almost nothing back for a return.I didn’t keep the box because it’s large and I don’t have space. Now they will only give me half my money back after I mail the large product back to them. With shipping I’d barely get $20 for the hassle, while they keep most of my +$180. Don’t waste your money. It will likely only last a couple months at best. You’re better off getting a real massage at that cost.They gave me a choice, they’ll send me a new one if I video the problem. I asked if that one breaks will they back that product. The answer was no. OR I can mail it back, and only get half my money back. Between packaging and mailing the bulky broken item, I’d be left with a tiny fraction of the cash I paid. While they get away with not actually backing their product.The middle massager roller(best part of the machine) seems to have broken whatever track it rides in. I just wanted to get my money back, or know that they’d also back the replacement item with the same warranty. I told them I’d be OK with a replacement if it also had the same warranty. They said it would not.If they won’t do either, they’re banking that our busy schedules won’t allow us to follow up and deal with the hassle of this useless policy.

Exactly what we were looking for. Very comfy, relieves tension, easy setup. Can’t comment on quality after one day, but it seems to be well built and stitched. Massage motors are strong.

This chair is much better than a different brand that I have. The rollers on the Comfier work on either side of your spine. You might have to sit on a pillow to get the full effect of the neck massager, especially if you are not tall. Overall we love it. Sit on it every day.
