Great little handheld
My husband got this for himself, and it must be great because he is always playing it 😅The battery life is average- probably about 6 hours of play time. Functions exactly as expected.The screen is bright and responsive and joy sticks dont drift or lag.

Simply the best handheld emulator in this class. You can get it cheaper direct from Anbernic, but getting the Amazon shipping and customer service is a nice perk.

Great one to add to my collection
This retro handheld feels really good in my hands. The screen and colors are bright and vibrant. I charged the battery up and have been playing for hours and still have yet to charge it. Any retro game I could think of so far has been on here. This has an excellent and vast game selection by numerous retro systems. Another cool feature is the RGB that comes on around the joy sticks. I have gotten a bunch of compliments on this little guy. It also has an output hdmi port so you can project what your playing on a bigger screen. This has very responsive controls and no lag that I’ve encountered or seen. Thousands and thousands of games will keep you busy for hours and hours to come. Also so many games you will never get bored. I bought one for my son and he is actually playing a bunch of the games I grew up on which is super cool and nostalgic. Overall great feeling in your hands, responsive controls, long lasting battery, clear and bright display. What else could you ask for!!?? Love it!!!

Nothing but issues
The device I received was defective but judging by other reviews seems like this is an anbernic issue, the battery would drop from 80% to 12% in minutes, I couldn’t play on it for more than 30 minutes without it randomly shutting off and rebooting back or just flat out dying with no warning. I was constantly charging it, I even did a battery reset by letting it die and charging back up to 100% 3 times as recommended by others saying it fixed their issue. The buttons felt great and it was a nice device but there was so many issues i just can’t recommend this to anyone. I ended up buying trimui smart pro and it has been nothing but amazing and I highly recommend it over this garbage, it’s not expensive but if it can’t even do the simple functions it’s supposed to do that’s just not a good reason to keep it and deal with it and try and tinker with it just to do the things it should do. Kinda frustrating I really wanted to love this device as everything else about the device was really nice. I spent over 3 days tinkering with the device changing micro sd cards and reinstalling the os to see if it would fix it but nothing worked still just randomly powering off or dying and charging took all night, granted it’s a 5v charge but my other device doesn’t take this long and it’s the same 5v.

Love this hand held 💕
I absolutely love it this machine, it plays all my old school favorites, the battery holds up well too. I put my switch paw nubs on it to make it looks cuter and I was happy they fit. I also put my own games on it because the ones built into it are hit and miss on working. But over all, fun thing to play with to pass the time. Also it has Retroarch on it so I can play retro games with my hubby as long as it is not GBA related.

A walk down memory lane
This has thousands of old retro games from my 1980s when i was a kid. All in crisp, clear detail. Be warned!! not all the games are playable as some don’t work with the button control, probably due to the program(when the game was made) not being automatically mapped to the new handheld’s button control. Other than that, it was a good trip down memory lane. I got my $90 dollars worth.
