I love this, this is the best massage seat you can get for the price, It has all the premium features of a massage chair, it covers everything from neck, shoulder, back, arms, feet and you can easily adjust the intensity (it is pretty intense which is good), the ZG mode is amazing and can put you to sleep.oh and the Bluetooth speaker is such a great addition, it makes this a full experience, with pretty good qualitythis is not a recliner so you may not be able to sit on it without the massage, though you can throw a pillow adjust the back unit to watch TV for instance, but it is not built for that, so be awareNow to the key part assembly, I have to be honest, the manual in the box is confusing and can mislead you, Assembly is not hard if you really get an idea of how all those pieces work, the chair was built with minimal assembly required, and Don’t worry, you won’t mess up, but here are few tips1. Wait for the third box, it is a key part of assembly and may not arrive the same day2. The tubes will be a little rough, much like any new product, the trick is to twist and insert, do that few times until you are able to connect themAssembly in a nutshell1. Back unit is to be set on the Main unit (Main unit is the part with all the wiring and power button)to do that just make sure you align it to the bottom metal rod2. before you set anything else, connect the tube of the main unit with the back, there are also two electric parts, both in black, those can get lost so hook them up before you assemble the rest3. setup the arm rest, easiest way, the silver piece to the side should be on the upper side, align the notches on the upper metal rod4. before you hook up the bolts, find two tubes from the armrest, one is yellow and another is black and connect them with the main unit, if you skip to the bolts, you will have a nightmare trying to find those tubes later, do it firstas for the bolts, in my case I had to push the back unit forward for the bolts opening to align, this will be tricky and difficult but it is possible5. repeat for the other armrest6. setup the shoulder rests, just slide them in place, the two metal pieces should be easy to spot7. connect the shoulder rest tube, there should be one on both sides8. connect the power chord and voila, turn the power on and enjoyHope this will help many of you, it will take some 30 minutes, but it’s worth the wait!!I have been getting massages three times a day now, cause this is an awesome chair!

Worth it
the Chair arrived in (3) boxes. First two came pretty quick and after a few days I contacted the seller about the third. Their response time and communication was great and the third box arrived about a week later. Assembly wasn’t too bad but hooking up some of the air lines does take some work. There isn’t much slack in the lines or much room to fit your hands in where you need. Overall I’d guess it took about 30 mins to put together.The chair is getting a lot of use already from all family members with the heat and Zero G probably being the most popular features. The back and waist rollers give good pressure in just the right spots although some might prefer to put a light blanket to add a little extra padding. The airbags on the arms, legs, and hips, even on the lowest setting, get pretty intense, which I love but others might think they’re too tight but I think that’s probably how any chair of this type would work. Being 5’10”, the air bags for shoulders and the rollers for the neck mostly miss their target. I would guess you need to be closer to 6′ to get the full effect. Bluetooth was easy to setup and sound fine but not really something we use.If I could change anything it would be, that while the controller is easy understand, it could light up a little more as it’s somewhat difficult to read in what each button is for. Also it would be nice if you could raise the legs without having to tilt the whole chair back since it’s in the living room and we also use it just to sit in.Overall, I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for massage chair without breaking the bank. I’m sure you could find nicer ones for more money but at this price, it seems like a real deal. It shipped fairly quick, the seller is responsive, looks nice, has a lot of great features, feels like it’s made well, compact. The whole family loves it and I’m sure you will too.
