This is an excellent flip phone to seriously consider if you want to change back from the Iphone and the Droid.

This phoen for seniors what a joke. The phone will not let u call it but maybe once a day. And that is one person only. I had to put a rating thats why there is one star. It should be minus 1 star

Like any thing you can at times get a bad product and I did so I sent the phone back for a replacement.Amazon sent me another phone the very next day. Now it’s been a week or so and the phone is still working just great. Did not work Mint mobile
Customer service very nice and responsive. However phone needed an upgrade and did not work as advertised. Instructions to upgrade were too complicated for me to understand. Phone stopped receiving or sending calls too often without reasons. Customer service stated it needed and upgrade.

Says it is Mint compatible. As of 1.23 mine was not because it’s not LTE,whatever that is.____Follow up: It is completely understandable that you would want to defend your product.However, it is unlikely that you are a senior or that this was your first mobile phone.I’m 75. One of the things that attracted me to your product was your use of the word”senior,” primarily because I have never owned a mobile phone and needed guidancewith start up and use.Your manual is not senior friendly; your phone is not senior friendly.And maybe I just got the only two Mint representatives in existence who said the samething: namely that the phone was NOT Mint compatible. This was learned in twolengthy conversations; during the second, after the phone was returned to Amazonand I was activating a different vendor’s product, this was reconfirmed.Someone needs to look at your manual and revise it. If you seriously are interestedin a seniors market. I am smart and generally intuitive, but when it comes to2023 technologies, I am somewhere in the past. Like I said: this was my firstmobile phone.The email address in the manual is defunct.Customers: don’t take my word for it. Find out for yourself. Maybe you will havea different experience.But: seniors beware.
