Great product!
This is a great product to get if you plan on having a headset on your person for long periods of time. I have use it for duration’s of over 4 hour periods and, know that I can continue to ware them. I was unsteady at first of the design of the padding of the headphones before purchasing but, they fit on my ears just fine and I feel like I have pretty big ears. Sound is up to par and the control remote, while it dose seem to be large for the simple tasks of phone/video calls it’s a perfect size to have for those moments of volume adjustment and muting you mic without looking at the remote. I will say that I haven’t had too many headsets that have a mic but, the audio capture is so smooth and clear from the microphone. I don’t think that anyone would have any issues of not being able to hear you unless you have it too far away or speak really softly.I will say that I’m not using this headset for its intended purpose of making calls and meetings and, have been using it for budget game capturing audio for commentary. Despite that being the case whether if you use this for meetings, VoIP or, something off the wall like game capturing or a budget PC gaming mic. I don’t think that you would be disappointed.I guess that if I have to say one issue which, I know that I have to adjust the mic distance from the flexible stem of the headset. If you have the mic in front of your mouth it dose pick up breathing from your nose quite well (from the few testing recording sessions that I have done). Its like I said I know that is just adjustments that I have to do for myself as I don’t use the mic that often but, for recording. For the time being I just have it level with the tip of my nose and that still picks up my voice quite well.

This USB headset works great! When I hear my playback from when I speak into the headset is very clear and without much background noise coming through. The ear pieces are soft, however I am concerned about the material, curious to know when or how long the soft material will take to break down, as they are for every day and long day use. This type of material is known to chip or break down – may purchase covers to protect my investment. I love the controls that are available and how prominent they are for me (I hate when all things blend into the background and when I cannot tell what button I am pressing, which happens with many other headphones). I like that they have a 1 year warranty automatically. I did find some cheaper headphones that might have worked but opted to splurge after I received a coupon. No complaints!

Worked fine, until it stopped working after a few weeks.
This headset worked fine. The audio output quality was adequate (not great, but met expectations for the money). The audio input quality was also fine, no complaints from the people that I speak to online. They are lightweight and comfortable. The volume and mute buttons worked.I only owned this for 6 weeks when they stopped working. I am a light user, I use this headset about 1-4 hours per week. After about 6 weeks, my voice began to break up when I spoke and then the audio output to my ears started to do the same thing a few days later. I noticed that if I unplugged them and then plugged the USB back in, they often worked better for a while. After a few times like this they stopped working all together. I borrowed my wife’s USB headset, they work perfectly in the same USB port on the same applications. It is definitely something to do with the USB connection or the wire from the USB has a short in it.Again, I am a light user of this headphone. I highly discourage anyone from buying these, they quit working within 6 weeks.
