Soothing and Relaxing. The Different Programs Are Fantastic.
This full body massage mat is great. I have used it in a recliner, but my favorite place for it is on the bed in my game room (It’s a spare bed where I can leave the mat always). I laid the mat out and laid down on it and turned it on. At first, I adjusted the vibration motors to where they were all on, constantly, on the high setting. I also added heat and then laid back and just enjoyed the vibration. At the bottom, there are 4 vibrators for my legs and they make my legs feel good. The next one up (two actually — one left and one right) massages my butt and is heated. The legs aren’t heated, but from the butt up, they are. The next ones are for the middle back and upper back. They all feel amazing.After using it for a while, I started experimenting with the preset massage programs and WOW! am I glad I did. I selected the first one and let it run and did that with all of them. They are each amazing in their own right. I fell asleep with one of them, but woke up when it automatically shut off after a preset time. I think it’s 30 minutes. The controls are easy to use and easy to master. The vibration is strong enough to make my muscles feel better after abusing them with yard work, and the heat functions very nicely as a muscle relaxer as well.The massager is easily portable from one area to the next, but I’ll be leaving mine where it is because its very convenient and easy. If you want to attach it a bit more permanently, there are straps to do that. I didn’t use them since laying flat doesn’t need it. The cord is long enough to reach my nearest outlet, and the whole thing is very quiet when I’m laying on it.

Great Massage
This mat is fantastic. It is not a deep massage but the various modes and speeds work their own magic. It can be full body or just where needed. The heat element is very pleasant. It can be used sitting or lying down. Either way, I feel completely relaxed after use. It shuts off automatically after 30 minutes and folds up easily for storage. Great product with an affordable price. I highly recommend this product.

I like the different massage options. The default was fun because it felt like a techno club rhythm.
The product was nicely made and it serves its design purpose. However, I am 5 feet 6 inches tall, and the mat feels short for me, so the massages were not hitting the right spots for my needs unless I shift up or down, but I have to loose massage focus on one or the other area of my body.I like the different massage options. Uncomfortable
I am 5’7″ weigh 118 pounds.I just fit the mat width if I weighed any more i would over hang the width.The motors are not padded and you feel the raised hard bumps- like laying on baseballs- very uncomfortable.The preset modes are horrible. Only 1- I think is fair- it starts out nice but then thuds your body and repeats.Takes to long to provide heat- then is so hot- you can’t lay on it.Poor design and poor quality.

Comfy vibration but not a deep massage
I will say based on the price it was a decent purchase. It doesn’t deep massage but it gives a good relaxation vibration. It does heat well. But the leg and butt area you can’t really feel. I like that it has different levels of intensity but I will say I wish it had just one higher intensity level. Overall is ok but I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a deep massage in pain areas like neck and lower back. Another positive is it has a very comfortable material against the body.
