My monitor is displaying “E1, E2, E3, E, EE, E9, E10” or pairing failed. What should I do?
E1, E2, E3 & E: Enter Self Check Mode, reapply cuff and measure again
EE, E9 & E10: Remove the batteries, press the START/STOP button, re-insert batteries and try pairing again.
How do I select a different user?
While the monitor is off, press User icon until you locate your correct user 1,2,3,or 4.
Why is my blood pressure measurement is higher than what is measured at the clinic or doctor’s office?
Please reference the Tips for Taking Pressure.
Nothing is appearing on the display, even when the power is turned on. What should I do?
For AC Adapter: Check for damage. If damaged, contact the manufacturer.
For Batteries: Ensure proper placement. If issues persist, replace the 4 AA batteries (not included). Still having trouble? Contact the manufacturer for help.

Surprisingly Good.
Very well made and does exactly what it needs to.I spent days looking for a blood pressure monitoring device. This one is essentially 1 step below hospital grade when it comes to functionality. The app costs no money to use for simple tracking and the 3 sample average is standard in hospitals.I have had this for a few months now and have used it a few times when needed. The results are consistent, appear to be very accurate, and it works when I need it to. When you have health issues that AREN’T heart related, but appear to be due to spinal cord damage, having a quick, easy, and accurate blood pressure monitoring device is key for peace of mind.The cuff is fairly large. I am 6 foot and well muscled, so I can say confidently that men up to about 300 pounds can easily use this comfortably, unless you have MASSIVE arms. It can fit my girlfriend, who is close to 5 foot and slender. For really small people or giant people, I can’t comment on, but the cuff works great for a large range of arm sizes.The directions are simple and concise. The Bluetooth connectivity is good and easy to sync on iPhone. The price is worth the product. Definitely recommend for those like me that are looking for no nonsense functionality and accuracy. 👍👍

The easiest BP cuff ever
This BP monitor is great! I have always had trouble wrapping the usual style of cuff around my arm while maintaining the correct position above my elbow. It always seemed that I needed both hands to do it correctly. With this style of cuff there is a flexible plastic, tubelike section of the cuff that opens and closes. This section allows you to place the cuff on the upper arm, easily & correctly above the elbow. The rest of the cuff is then simply wrapped around the arm. This cuff totally eliminated the trouble I had with putting on the cuff. Absolutely 5 stars!

Inconsistent
I really want to love this. It has great features, but as some others have said, my readings are not consistent and often too high.Today i’m wearing a thin flannel and each time I measured with a shirt, it added twenty points to my systolic. So to try and get a consistent reading, I have to get partially undressed every time I want to take my blood pressure. As you can see in my picture, there is very little consistency in the readings. I’ll say it’s usually correct, but usually correct is not good enough when it comes to a medical device.It’s unfortunate because I like everything else about this unit:Its numbers are easy to read.it comes with an adapter.The cuff is stiff, so it is much easier to put on your arm when you are alone, as it. doesn’t try to slide around like most do.It comes with a nice carrying case.I found the bluetooth app easy to use and set up on android. It is really a game changer for communicating, effective information to my doctor.I like that there’s a setting where it will take three readings in a row and give you the average.However, the inconsistency in my readings makes it difficult to trust the results.
