Good product . The bottle is big for small pills. But these pills gave me more energy .

This product is great, I started using it before my wedding last year, and dropped about 30lbs within two months, I of course dieted and exercised as well but this really makes a big difference. I stopped taking it, and gained weight again, I started taking it again about a month ago, with diet and exercise- I’ve lost about ten pounds already. I take it with a meal, to avoid stomach upset, but you feel a difference within the first few days of taking it.

I love this brand and these supplements. Less snacking, less bloating, and I’ve lost weight since starting these. I can tell a difference if i forget & don’t take these for a couple days. Overall very satisfied with bang for the buck.My 1 issue? Again I love this brand but the size of the containers are huge for the amount of capsules in the containers. I take multiple supplements from this brand and every time I order another months supply & open it I feel bad for the amount of plastic that’s used. You could easily fit 3 if not 4 months supply in the containers for 30 days.
