Good budget headset (Works with Xbox Series X)
Works great with my Xbox Series X and Xbox Elite Controller. Make sure to manually adjust the audio in the console volume settings first before you play around with the volume wheel/mute switch on the headset cord. It works with the stereo uncompressed and Windows Sonic options.Directional audio is better than I expected. Can easily hear more nuanced game sounds like footsteps or enemy idle noises.Microphone is very sensitive so make sure to turn down your mic monitoring a bit unless you want people hearing your every breath, button press, and minor readjustment.Fits comfortably on smaller heads and while wearing glasses. If it feels like the pressure is too much try very carefully bending the headband outward a little to relieve potential discomfort. Bend in small increments to avoid completely destroying the metal band.Overall, very pleased with this headset. Will update later if anything goes wrong with it.

Bought the EKSA E900 Headset with Microphone for PC, PS4,PS5, Xbox – Detachable Noise Canceling Mic, 3D Surround Sound, Wired Headphone for Gaming, Computer, Laptop, 3.5MM Jack in purple for the hubby who has a habit of breaking his headphones when he loses games or gets killed and have to say the quality blew my mind. In person they feel expensive. We had Bose headphones but husband broke those so we opted for a cheaper product thinking it would suck but we’re pleasantly surprised. He says the sound is good and he’s already knocked these around a few times with no issues. They haven’t broken yet so that means these are strong imo.

Seems fine so far, but I wish the mic wasn’t detachable
I guess these words like PC and PS4 and PS5 and Xbox are in the description as search terms, to attract attention, but I have to say my principal apprehension was that this meant there were things this was NOT compatible with, which I now largely doubt. I wasted a good hour browsing alternatives because it didn’t just plainly say “Headset with Microphone for anything with a 3.5mm jack.” I guess maybe people don’t know what that is. It doesn’t say Mac. It doesn’t say Chromebook. It doesn’t say Android phone. I didn’t try it with a Mac, but it works fine on my Chromebook and my Android phone, exactly because a 3.5mm jack is a general purpose port that it sure looks like a device either does or does not support. That would be a so much easier way to understand this. In any case, it seems to work fine. The sound quality is good. The detachable microphone is a little weird and I’m worried I’ll detach it and lose it. I’d rather that it had been firmly attached. Maybe I should superglue it. I get why it’s separate, but for me it’s not the right thing. No big complaints so far, just the item description and that risk of losing the mic.

Except for the mic, I was pretty jazzed on it until my friend said I sounded like I was talking into a tin can (something like that). They were comfortable enough, something I was afraid of since most headphones/sets squish my head and cause headaches, didn’t have that with these. At least not in as short of time as is usually an issue.The ear cups could be larger but worked out alright. I liked that the mic can be removed (it comes separate in the packaging, very easy to plug in) but the sound quality through it caused me to start a return unfortunately.I think this headset is worth a shot but it does seem like the mic quality is hit or miss based on reviews and my experience. I might try a set again at some point honestly.They’re very nice looking also, and come with a (rather soft) storage bag to keep them in.

EKSA E900: Reliable Headset for Daily Work
The EKSA E900 Headset with Microphone performs very well for daily work use. Its noise-canceling mic is effective and makes calls clear. Setup is effortless, as it connects to most computers without any configuration. The detachable microphone and included carrying pouch add convenience. The only drawback is that the ear pads can become uncomfortable during extended wear. Overall, it’s a reliable headset with solid features at a good value.

I am not a fan over over the ear headphones because I ALWAYS get headaches. But I recently got a job where I needed a set and this is perfect! I wear them 8 hours a day and they don’t feel uncomfortable. I don’t get headaches and I’ve not had anyone complain about background noises. And anytime my kids talk to me I have to take them off to hear them.Great product and great price!
