excellent for hair and nails
There is no taste to these and no stomach upset. The texture of the pill is smooth and quality is good. I can’t say my hair is growing but its not falling out as much. My skin looks good. My hair dresser says my hair is softer, and does not feel like straw. So that means I will continue to use.
