Better than expected
The quality is better than expected. Needed a small upgrade from my Surafce laptop 3 and needed mkre memory and storage which this Surface laptop 4 has. Only had a small dent on the back of the screeen which almost isn’t noticible. It came with windows 11 pro and is currently serving its purpose for the next 2 years.

Bought two of the MS Surface Laptop 4 Black laptops from this seller. They shipped fast and have been working great so far. I went for the i7 32GB 1TB NVMe. It was a great value for the specs. Cosmetically the two laptops I got were 9/10. Considering the discount on the units itself Im totally fine with it. Battery life is acceptable as well. I changed the settings in the BIOS to extend battery life so Im not worried about. Highly recommend this seller. Thanks

Mine has some scuffs on the exterior and around the mousepad that I’ve had to live with or clean, but besides that it works perfectly. With 16gbs of ram it runs everything it needs to smoothly. The screen is quality too. The battery life is bearable but not great, with mine I get 5-6 hours usually.
