Great Laptop Deal
Awesome laptop. fast, light and seems very high quality. When I left my corporate job, I wanted to replace my work HP laptop but same/ same was over $3k but this one is almost as good for way less. Pre loaded with MS Office Suite and life time license is great plus the fingerprint verification is a nice feature. Very good deal and shipping / packaging was perfect. No issues. Oh yeah, the knock off ear buds are good also.

HP core 3 laptop
Laptop was easy to setup and windows and preinstalled software installed quickly with no issues. Laptop is very fast for just a core 3 processor. It starts up very quick, computer feels light on your lap. I have two issues with this laptop. First issue is the intel video card is not compatible with several software packages I tried to run. Second issue is that it runs extremely hot where you really can’t place laptop on your lap, I purchased a little laptop desk to put on my lap when using the laptop. This makes the laptop much heavier on your lap. I purchased PC to do photo editing. It seems to work ok with popular video editing software. I can’t run ON1 Raw 2025 photo editor because intel video card is not supported. Luminar neo and Lightroom worked ok with intel card. If you are planning to use this laptop for a game machine several Microsoft games wouldn’t work with the intel video card. It needs a Nvidia card for games. Overall, its’s a great for everyday e-mail, internet browsing, etc. The 40 gig ram and 1TB optical hard drive makes this laptop a good value for the price. I just wish it had a Nvidia video card and it didn’t run so hot.

Computer is not recommended
I returned this laptop after having it less than 2 days. It overheats very quickly. I had issues with it doing automatic shutdowns because it detected a problem. The battery life was absolutely terrible. I loved that it was a touch screen and the keypad and keyboard were easy to use. It was also easy to set-up but the other issues were too much for me to keep it.

AMAZING
Absolutely amazing! I was able to setup this laptop in about 40 minutes and the functionality and speed of this computer is impeccable! The screen quality is super smooth and it’s about 14 inches. Overall, very good computer do buy

Great HP laptop for the price
Laptop was easy to setup. The free Office worked fine by following the instructions to decline the 365 version. Windows 11 took some time to update but that was expected. So far everything working well.

Poor battery life. Otherwise, good.
The computer works well. It is of good value for money. But it’s not for carrying around and relying on the battery, because the battery life is very poor. This is better for office use.
