Open box item but was in new condition. Phone worked perfectly for the European user I bought this for. Any GSM phone would likely have worked but I’ve had US phones break in Europe that can’t be fixed because some parts inside the phone itself are dissimilar from the US counterpart phone and thus not compatible with the parts European cell phone repair shops have access to. If you’re buying a phone in the US for someone who lives in Europe, best to buy the international version.

Amazing phone!
I absolutely love this phone, the camera takes such amazing photographs!!! Everyone is amazed and gives compliments on the pics. I am now the designated photographer whenever I meet up with friends or family because everyone wants to take pictures only on my phone!The battery life is great, charges very quickly and lasts for a whole day before having to charge again.My fiance has had Apple iphones for most of his life, but he now wants to buy this same phone after seeing it from me! I highly recommend, great purchase for a great value!

Nice phone, but….
The mike on my phone has never worked on whatsapp calls or zoom meetings. I have to use the earplugs/mike that came with the phone in order to utilise these apps. There’s also a long initial delay in the receiver’s being able to hear me speak on a phone call. My dad has the same phone, but his model works fine. Go figure.

Awesome 2020 smartphone.
A really awesome and affordable phone for 2020. I also purchased the Prism Green colour which looks beautiful! Everything works as I’ve seen on YouTube videos. I really like the fingerprint sensor. The S10 is just such a near perfect phone (I’m upgrading from the Xperia XZ) and I don’t think it’s necessary to get the S10+ or the S20.The S10 just seems like the best phone to get in 2020.

This phone is the International version. Still it is $250 less than if you buy from Verizon.It DOES WORK with Verizon. I just put my SIM card in it and I was connected. It’s very fast.Battery duration is not fantastic if you play lots of video games for hours. Yet it will last the day.

Faulty phone
I purchased this phone in July 2023. I gradually realized that it seemed to have a microphone issue. When I need to make or receive phone calls, I have to use headphones or press the speaker button so that I can be heard. I can not have sensitive work calls on speaker phone, while in public. On the occasions I have a conversation on speaker, there are noisy interferences heard in the background. The seller was contacted around a month after the purchase. This was the reply: “Even though the phone is new, it is still old. The S10 has not been manufactured since 2020.” Now the battery life doesn’t last long. They offered a warranty card, which I received. I contacted the seller to return the phone to the company, and I was told that I have to go through the warranty company for further directions. When I enter the warranty details online as instructed, I am told that the warranty number is invalid. As the phone is 3 years old, I would understand outdated apps, not faulty basic functions for calling. This company has not been helpful in resolving the issue. I would not recommend it.

I was skeptical of buying the international model as it was significantly cheaper than the UK one, but after reading many reviews I was convinced to buy it.To say the least I am not disappointed and am very pleased with the product. It is a genuine brand new Samsung galaxy S10 and works perfectly. In addition to an EU adapter, it came with a UK adapter.Setup was quick and easy, the phone initially started up in Polish but I was able to change the language straight away.

Muy buen celular totalmente nuevo y original, audífonos akg y cargador para México. Trae Android 9 pero se actualizo inmediatamente a Android 10. Instructivo en español e idioma en el cel en español. Utilice un chip telcel y memoria de 128 gb y todo bien. Buen vendedor, respondió todas mis dudas y a un buen precio.Llevo apenas dos días utilizándolo, si se termina un poco rápido la pila y se calienta un poco en aplicaciones demandantes pero es muy rápido y hasta el momento todo funciona correctamente. Ya actualizaré con más tiempo de uso.Estoy actualizando. Después de dos semanas de uso, hasta el momento todo va bien, funciona excelente.

Bought this phone after upgrading from iPhone. I was a bit sceptical at first moving over to Samsung but took the leap of faith. Have been using this phone for 3 months now and I have not regretted my decision for one day so far. Exceeded my expectations on every level every day. Fast, reliable and amazing! The photos are definitely the main feature of this phone and looks better than any mainstream camera I have used so far. I would 100% reccomend this phone to anyone any day!
