Has been a great laptop
Still using it, have had this baby almost a year. Works perfectly. I maxed out the RAM and put in a 128GB SSD, this thing flies! I’ve always liked business-class laptops a lot, and the E6410 is no exception. Battery lasts like 8 hours of constant use too. Great deal used.Just be sure of what you are getting. I got mine with a Core i5 and extended battery. Some are Core2duo’s with a much smaller battery but carry the same model# as mine. So if in doubt, ask.

Excellent Laptop for the Price!
I bought this laptop to replace my Dell Latitude D531, which has definitely seen better days. That laptop served me very well for 7 years, but it had recently begun overheating, lagging much more than usual, and just couldn’t keep up with a lot of websites, including Facebook. This laptop does considerably better at all those things, with several added bonuses.First of all, it’s got a back-lit keyboard. That’s very convenient, especially since I have trouble seeing the letters in my dim-lit room. I did end up changing the settings so the lights go off as soon as I stop typing, because the backlight is a bit bright.It has an ambient light sensor, which adjusts the screen brightness depending on available light. This is convenient when using the laptop outside, or when moving from one location to another.It has a few USB 3.0 ports, which were absent on my old laptop. I have a few things which use this, like my backup hard drive and my camera. It’s nice to have higher read and write speeds where available.One of my favorite features is the built-in SD card reader. I always had to use an SD card adapter before, and they seem to break easily, and a few of them have even corrupted my photos. This is so much easier to use. And if you’ve ever forgotten to bring a card reader with you, you know how frustrating it can be, especially if, like me, you take a lot of photos and like looking at them on the computer.So basically, if you’re looking to upgrade from an older laptop and need a cheap computer, check this out! It’s not the newest or most advanced, but it’s solid, reliable, and very affordable.

Oh, wow! I’m very happy! I don’t buy used anything, and was reluctant to buy a used computer. What if it is full of viruses? How long will it last? However, the price was right, actually VERY right, and I got a lot of computer for the money! Wear and tear is very minimal. It is an expensive computer, maybe $800 to $1000 when new. Has Windows 7 loaded, my favorite! 250 MB hard drive, KILLER! The keyboard is even back lit​. Packaged well, arrived on time. BONUS! They sent a VERY nice Dell carrying bag with it, that alone is probably worth $50. What a deal!

Good laptop, if you want it to die beyond repair less than three months after purchase…
This laptop arrived with a faulty battery pack. The only way it would stay on is if it were plugged in constantly. I could deal with that issue; the laptop was for my daughter, who could not, unfortunately. So we replaced the battery pack when it finally got to the point where even being plugged into a power source wasn’t quite doing it. That was, by the way, less than a month after purchasing said laptop, but long enough that we were out of any sort of warranty.Now, replacing a battery pack is no big deal. Having the motherboard blow out less than three months after purchasing said laptop, to the point where even the computer repair shop told us we got ripped off? That’s a much bigger deal. Very, very disappointed with that. They said the thing would cost more to fix than I paid for it initially, and suggested I just get a cheap new one from Wal Mart, because at least there I’d have some sort of warranty in case the thing decided to die three months after purchasing.Not that I used the laptop for anything strenuous. Not that it got used much at all, really; photoshop was installed and my daughter, a college student studying graphic design, pretty much used the laptop for completing projects and going on tumblr. There was no illicit downloading, there was no treating the thing badly, there was just a very poorly put together laptop passed off as something halfway decently refurbished.So very disappointed. Would not recommend anyone purchasing from them again.

The computer was ready to go as soon as I opened the package easy for beginnersPros: the i5 CPU is great if you use a laptop for general usethe computer can be upgraded/ serviced easily4GB ram is more than enough for general usehas 4 usb ports most laptops out there don’t have that many:Cons the cpu temps of this machine were quite high reaching up to 69 celcius during general use (cpu usage was at 13 %) however this is probably because the fan was set to only turn on at intervals if you want the cpu temperature to be lower then it can be changed in BIOS settingsSpeed: while this computer is already fast you can make it faster by upgrading the hard drive to a Solid state drive and then you can either continue using windows or replace windows with a more lightweight operating system like linux

The computer came in very good condition. The power Pack charges the Battery very well. All required programs work very well. The only thing I didn’t get is the Software key, in case I decide to upgrade to a solid state drive. Everything else works very well.
