Helped my Neck Pain
I was hit head-on by a dump truck, hauling 56,400 pounds of stone.My insurance wouldn’t cover chiropractic care and I had crazy neck and rib pain.Dump truck dude had only $10 k coverage, which went toward a new vehicle for us.I had to due what I could with the purchase of a heating pad, this massager, and a rib compression belt.This was a good purchase with adjustable pressure, good functionality, excellent battery life, easy to use whether sitting or walking. It worked to give me some relief from the constant biting pain.I think that it is good product- it was for me and I recommend it to whose needing some relief from neck ache- hopefully from either some stress, looing down at books or computer screens – not from a careless driver who smashes into you!

Very nice packaging, box even has a handle for transport.High quality materials and craftmanship.Easy to use with good written instruction manual.Excellent kneading effect with the shiatsu mechanism, feels like a strong but pleasant massage on the neck and upper back area.This massager is very quiet and can be enjoyed while relaxing in a chair or watching TV.It is solidly built and some people may find it a little cumbersome, but with a little practice you can maneuver it around pretty easily. It can even be used on your lower back and legs…wherever you need a nice massage to loosen up tense muscles.This is my second Snailax product that I have purchased and I’ve been very satisfied with both of them.Snailax even offers free extended warranties on their products which shows their commitment to quality and customer service.I highly recommend this product!

I love how it’s a strong pressure, and it’s particularly good on the shoulder blades. It’s not as good on my neck because I’m very small-framed, so it doesn’t really grasp my neck properly.

Just what you need at the end of a long day
I bought this for my wife because she’s on her feet all day at the hospital and constantly dealing with shoulder and neck tension. She tried it the first night and said it hit all the right spots without feeling too rough. The cordless feature is a big plus — she can use it on the couch without messing with cords. The heat function is gentle but does make a difference. Only thing I’d change is the battery life; it’s decent, not amazing. But for quick end-of-day relief, it’s been great for her

I like that it is portable. I can have it and able to get to another room in the house. It helps relaxing the tired neck muscles. It said for shoulder too, but, I don’t seem to agree with that.

After reading the previous reviews I decided to give this item a try. Any there was same day delivery so I couldn’t pass that up. It’s absolutely great! I was in between buying this kneading belt and a similar Homedics belt, but figured that they’re both made overseas and probably from the same region in Asia. It’s also half the price. I kept in mind the previous reviews about the tearing mesh, so I definitely have the dust cloth on when using the belt. And I saw other reviews where the internal plastics melted so I’m cautious about using the heating feature and rarely have it on. I’ve only had the belt now for 45 days, so I can’t vouch for durability but usability is 5 stars. This belt isn’t anything complicated and very straight forward.Sometime after I bought this belt I did purchase a full massage chair and have to admit, there are areas that my chair cannot get; such as the muscles around the scapula, my obliques, upper traps and muscles very close to the spine. For $30-40 I give it 5 stars for sure. Before buying this belt I did shop around and found similar belts for twice the price and the same quality from what I could see and feel. This belt is especially versatile since you offset the two rotating portions closer or farther from the starting position. I typically sit on a computer chair and gradually move the belt from the to of my neck to my lower back and offset left or right depending on the knots in my back muscles. I do sandwich the belt between me and the chair, but make sure if the rotators start to slow down too much I’ll lease up on the belt so it won’t break so quickly. Also I watch how much force I press on the belt while on my computer chair since I definitely don’t want the injuries I’ve seen in some reviews.With all that in mind, I don’t think this belt is a one size fits all for all the knots in your back since it doesn’t have a tapping or rolling features. The belt will rotate clockwise and counter clockwise, at two different speeds, which surprisingly does make a difference. Also if this belt were to succumb to the wear and tear I see in many other reviews, I would definitely buy another one, since even a massage chairs 30 times its price still leaves gaps on the wider areas of anyone’s back. If you position the belt right you could even massage the muscles around your ribs. For any golfer or someone who plays badminton, this is a must! Give it a try, with precaution, and you’ll be glad you did.
