The charger broke only after a few uses, I made a complaint and they immediately sent a new one. Definitely worth the money and the computer works perfectly

Refurbed?! Excellent Condition!! Scam!!
This was a complete FAILURE on Global Certified Authentic’s part.When the product arrived at my door I was highly excited to open it and package it as a gift to my son who is an over the road driver.When I opened the product and inspected the unit I was disappointed to find the following:The casing had a deep scratch on the bottom of the unit. Multiple others all over the device.The charging port was completely useless. It looked as if there was a broken charger snapped off inside the port. The unit would not even turn on.Upon receiving the replacement unit and charging cable, the power supply did not have the proper wattage to charge the device.Again, disappointing 😞 .I contacted the company yet again concerning this issue. I was advised that they no longer had any chargers for the unit in stock and that a refund of only $15 would be provided. Would you please locate me an OEM Dell charger for this device for $15.Well, let me tell you something. The charger that was shipped with the only working unit on the first order which is what was needed for the second cost much more than the amount that was offered as a refund.The product description said excellent condition. These devices are to go through a rigorous refurbishment process to check them for faults to see what has to be replaced or repaired. Failure on Global Certified Authentic’s part.Two orders and two failures. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will steer clear in the future.Amazon should delist them until they get there act together.

Excellent. I took a chance that this would be a good computer and I wasn’t wrong. I did notice that the reviews that were negative were all for the touch screen models. I ordered the non touch screen and got a machine without a single scratch on it anywhere. Looked brand new. The keys show no wear from use and it works beautifully. It is a little slow but I don’t use it for anything where that is a problem. Thanks Amazon.

Not the right model but okay.
The audio will occasionally cut and sound grainy, and will sometimes say I’m listening on headphones at random so it will cut my audio with no explanation. The touchscreen works most of the time, but it doesn’t respond to the edges and isn’t precise. And the best part !!! This is not even the model I bought ! I was sent a different dell chromebook with generally the same abilities, it works, that’s why it took me so long to notice. The problem is, this chromebook is at least 10 years old. I did not realize this until I tried to download a chrome extension for the first time yesterday, and after trying to update chrome, i realized I was stuck. Which is great. Thanks for sending me the Dell Chromebook 11-3189. It still works for most of my work, so I cant be overly upset, but now I’m unable to download any chrome extensions.

Perfect for younger kids
This was a great find we bought two. Both came in great condition, they are sturdy and seem very durable. We got them for our younger children for school. I think they are the perfect computer for this age, with the durability and touch screen for ease of use.

great starter Chromebook
Arrived fully charged (which I didn’t expect), packed in a tightly fitting air-filled pouch. It had the included thumb drive, a charger and instructions from the vendor on how to return if necessary, and how to leave product reviews. There were no instructions, or a manual, which was no surprise, this being a refurb. I purchased this as an inexpensive upgrade for an old Android tablet that was too small for my needs; not enough room to keep the stuff I want. The tablet took about an hour to get all the stuff I wanted loaded on it, and it seems to be working great so far. Setup was simple, and being fully charged on arrival helped with lessening the feeling of time crunch. You know: the feeling the app won’t load before you run out of battery. There was none of that. My earbuds paired and connected with no drama, and it’s great having an integral keyboard instead of a Bluetooth one. Both touchscreen and touchpad cursor control are available, for whatever floats your boat. I personally suffer from fat finger syndrome, and use a mouse a lot, and that works too.I don’t know why this was refurbished, as I have not found a reason to think it hasn’t always been in good shape. It’s working great for me so far, and the only malfunctions have been my own fault, mostly the above fat-finger comment. It’s worth the money, and if you don’t HAVE to have the “latest and greatest” this will work just fine.

Son productos usados. En pésimas condiciones y obsoletos ya que la última posee una versión de software que no se permite actualizar por lo tanto ni las mismas aplicaciones de Google chrome son compatibles con esa versión del sistema operativo.Y bueno, sin mencionar que tenía rastros de comida y estaba roto. Para cubrir los daños a la carcaza, le pegaron una calcomanía de vinil (terriblemente mal pegada).Disculpen pero hay una gran diferencia entre in producto usado y reacondicionado. Esto no es más que un producto usado en mal estado e inservible.
