Why is this headset in a bag?
We use reusable, resealable, and recyclable poly bags for this headset. The poly bag reduces single use plastics in packaging and is perfect for storing the headsets when not in use.
Why can’t I hear myself when I talk?
These headsets do not monitor the input into the headset audio output. Monitoring playback can typically be achieved in computer settings.
Is this a good headset for work?
This headset is designed for the classroom setting in mind and is ideally suited for K-12 head sizes.
How do I update my drivers?
These headsets use computer manufacturer provided drivers. To update your computer drivers you will need to contact the computer manufacturer for support.
Why isn’t my microphone working?
AC-5002 uses a TRRS plug for audio and mic and must go into a combo headset jack. If your mic isn’t working, make sure it’s not in an AUX/output jack. With separate audio in/out ports, use a 3.5 mm Y-adapter to split mic and headphone connections

Great headset
I bought these for work as I have MS Teams meetings every day and they work great. For *MY* work computer though, I had to buy an adapter cord that would split the headphones and microphone into two separate inputs as headphones and microphone are treated differently on that specific computer. No big deal, it was about $15 here on Amazon. The headset plugs into that adapter cord, and then the two adapter plugs into the computer, one for microphone and one for headphones. As to the sound/mic quality, I’ve received feedback (no pun intended) from my co-workers that I sound very clear and there is no static or other feedback when we are having a call (unlike my previous headset that was complete junk, also bought here on Amazon in January). A good headset is a must these days of constant teleworking and conference calls. They have the what I call “Princess Leia” earmuff style design, but they don’t squeeze my head to death, and I don’t have to remove my earrings like I did with my old set. I also wear glasses, and this set doesn’t squeeze my ears to make them hurt as the back of my ears would press into my glasses temples and cause pain after about 10 minutes of wear. (I hope that makes sense.) In simple terms, they’re comfortable. 🙂 Good value too, as Amazon’s price was half that of the manufacturer’s.

Great sound and mic for work calls. Was having issues with my usb plug in headphones and when I switched to this set no more dropped calls. Only one downside is the cushions on you ears are a bit small and sometimes uncomfortable on ear piercings.

Update, be Shocked….Best Headset for cancelling noise while talking to a client
Updated Jan 2019. Just so everyone knows, I have been looking for a Noise-canceling mic headset to use at work office call center. This is so cheap I decided to buy higher end headsets that are also noise-cancelling mic headset.I purchased a Jabra 40 wired, over 70 dollars. I purchased a Blueparrot 450t headset over 125 dollars, and also a Vmoda Boom mic 3.5mm adapter to plug into my Beats.Tested using an Android App called Easy Voice Recorder. Plugged one at a time to my cell phone, and played a Netflix movie for 1 minute 30 seconds. I used the same laptop, played the same movie from the beginning so same amount of sound volume set at 80, that had good movie bass sound effect and actors talking. I sat on the same location from my laptop speakers.Guess what, this Cyber Acoustics blocked out more of the movie sound, less background noise and still took my voice well. Crazy, this under $20 bucks is better than a high-end brand for mic noise-canceling.Original review: I have used many high-end, and some low end, wired and wireless/Bluetooth.I tested this headset ability to cancel out noise and others headset with my cell phone.Use the recording app on my cell phone, and record while driving, with the radio on, and record when a TV is nearby, and record when out in public. And listen to my recordings to hear if any background noise but my voice.This one is the best at blocking out noise, and still very clear with my voice. I do not need to talk loudly, just a normal voice it does well, and even blocks out other noise.My job needs me to talk with clients over the phone and drive while talking on the phone. I travel also and at times at an airport. Sometimes I work in a call center office, this is perfect.I need the best noise canceling mic headset, and this is it so far.Moreover, only cost less than 20 bucks!The materials are not flashy, but they are very good and sturdy, the cord is braided high-end also. I feel comfortable sticking hits in my bag and no break something.On my head for hours is not an issue, it doesn’t squeeze my head too much to create a headache.This is not for music, but it does fine listening to audio books.I recommend this headset, such a deal at this price, and the company specializes in audio/media/speakers.Many headsets that claim noise canceling mic company from China no-name brand that doesn’t specialize in this product, just rebranding the headsets and selling them, they do not do well in canceling noise.Cyber Acoustics is the place I will buy again once this one breaks. I wish they had a wireless one I would like to try it. However, for now, this is perfect for me and such a bargain at this price.

This is a great headphone for the price. Everyone in my meetings can hear me clearly and the really help dampen the noise around me. They are comfortable to wear and the cord was long than expected which was great.

I have tried DOZENS of wired and wireless headsets for Zoom and Teams meetings! DOZENS.Every problem you can think of; hurts, doesnt fit right, sound is terrible, mic not loud enough, battery dies, earpads dont fit right, head band too tight, you name it.So I gave up, and got this darn cheap headset.OMG… Wowwww. As BASIC and as awesome as you could imagine.Less than $20. perfect SOUND.plenty OF VOLUME.CRISP clear audio.NO BATTERIES to worry about.PLENTY OF SOFT, no tangle cord.WOWWW.Talk about a bargain.Now this is for work. For meetings. You don’t want a dead battery, or crappy audio, or painful earpads, or a mic that’s not loud enough.For around $20, THIS IS YOUR GO-TO WORK HEADSET. PERIOD.I am hard of hearing, and I wear a hearing aid on one side. This adapts to my hearing aid and fits comfortably. Plenty of CLEAN volume to spare.What else can I say? I HATE meetings, so the last thing I want during a boring meeting is problems talking and hearing!I swear by this headset. For the price I will buy EXTRAS just for the heck of it.If I could give these 10 stars I would.

I have the version with the 3.5 mm jack. It has worked flawlessly from day 1, and I have been using it for 1.5 years without any issues. Excellent value, and I paid about twice the price that it is currently listed for. Some reviews say that the headset is not adjustable, but it is. The ear pieces slide up and down on the band. The adjustment isn’t the best quality, but it works. The only criticism I have is that the headset is not the most comfortable – my ears get hot after a while, but I don’t think that is avoidable when you are wearing one of these things for hours on end. The headset is pretty light though.
