Nice when it decides to boots, sometimes it decides to boot, sometime you push the button 53 times. Just skip this one. HP needs to refund these and trash them.On the plus size it is nice little toy for what I wanted.

Almost Perfect
This laptop is easy to use and not too difficult to set up. Thankfully, it’s a lot quicker than the desk top it replaced. Battery life has been good so far. My only complaint was that I was unable to redeem the product code for a free one year subscription for Microsoft 365.

Now here’s another story, I bought the laptop. It hadn’t arrived yet. I went back and reviewed it and found that there were some discrepancies where this laptop ended up to be having many many returns by customers for different issues. I was frightened over the whole idea and was wanting to just send it back before I even got it. Although, I waited it came in. My HP is the best HP I ever had in my life. It’s sleek it’s up-to-date. It’s beautiful. The company I dealt with. I had a problem in the beginning with them giving me the Windows 360. It was advertised for life, but they said no it was only good for one year. However, I talked to the company and they were graciously enough to give me a lifetime subscription. So I’m sitting at home one night and I’m watching ABC News at 6:30 with David Muir. I looked and unbeknown to me. He had the same laptop HP on his desk. I couldn’t believe it. It’s a very sparky strong machine for the money. It’s incredible. It’s just a beautiful HP laptop, which is unreal. It’s a great piece of machinery highly suggested.
