Great laptop for school!
I got this laptop for my niece to use for school, and it’s been working out really well. It came with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office already set up, so she was able to get started right away. It also came well packaged which was a plus.The screen is clear and a good size, great for online classes, homework, and even watching YouTube videos. It runs smoothly with 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD and she hasn’t had any issues with speed.Battery life is solid and lasts her most of the day. It’s also lightweight and easy to carry around, with all the right ports and connections. Overall, it’s a great laptop for students and definitely worth the price.No issues yet 👍

Defective or just straight up terrible
Terrible experience. Took way too long to load even simple webpages. Was not using this for anything high demand, literally just surfing the webs. Build quality was also awful, the trackpad was extremely fragile and loud when you click it. I returned it as it seemed as if it was defective.

Non-working adapter
The laptop works well however the charging adapter was not working the option was to return the whole order or replace the adapter on my own. While a little disappointed with the limited options I choose to replace the adapter and keep the laptop.
