No way does this work so well! Highly recommend to anyone with muscle soreness, knots, or tightness in your back, thighs, etc. This is exactly as described. Excellent muscle relief and simple to use. Shipping was quick too.

Trendy massage tool that actually works
I first saw one of these on one of those social media shorts platforms, and it seemed kind of silly. Not really gimmicky, but also not really all that fundamentally effective. It just seemed kind of like one of those home health deals that you try once or twice, set aside, and never use again.However, this thing is actually pretty good.You probably won’t get much out of it at first, however. There is a definite learning curve to using this contraption. It comes with an illustrated guide, which helps, but it still requires some practice to get the hang of everything. Once you do, though, it actually gets kind of intuitive. If you’ve ever used one of those reciprocating massage guns, that’s about the same vibe.Anyway, I like this thing for working out knots in my back and behind my legs. It’s reversible, which means you can pretty much orient it however it needs to be oriented for whatever leverages you’re working with. It’s also strong and durable. You’ll break before it breaks.At its typical MSRP, the device is a little bit on the pricier side, but I don’t think it’s a bad deal. It’s well made out of what seems like strong structural foam (the same stuff they use in those fancy brand name black plastic tool boxes), and the retention clip for the lower reversible section is similarly stout.I like it. Gets Into Knots Your Hands Can’t Reach
After 10 hours of swinging a hammer or pulling wire, my upper back and shoulders are wrecked. This hook thing lets me dig into spots between my shoulder blades that I can’t get to on my own. The detachable design is nice, breaks down small enough to toss in a bag. Takes a minute to figure out the right angle and pressure but once you do it’s a solid deep tissue tool. Build quality feels decent, not flimsy. Honestly for $22 it beats paying somebody $80 for a massage every week. The 2-in-1 convertible hook setup gives you different angles depending on what’s bothering you.

Great therapeutical cane
I’ll start by saying my wife has a Thera Cane due to shoulder pain/issues that she’s faced for years, and really likes it, so I figured I’d try this out, as it seems to be a similar product.I’m a big fan of this product, as it reaches the back well to help massage key areas. I have had issues with my lower back for years, and this helps relieve those somewhat. Overall, the functionality is great. Unlike my wife’s product, this comes in two pieces that can be configured two ways, allowing for better reach of some areas.I am also impressed with the instruction manual. I’ve posted a couple pictures, but there are many (many) pages showing different positions of use, so this is helpful if you are looking to work out muscles in other areas and not familiar with how to do so.The product is sturdy and seems like it will hold up for life. The button/snap to connect the two pieces is easy to press in, but also holds well in both positions, so they did an excellent job designing the button and cane.All-in-all, I’d highly recommend this product for functionality and cost, as it seems to be cheaper or the same as other options.

Versatile and Sturdy!
This massage cane feels very sturdy. It is easy to separate and lock back into place as a C hook vs S hook. It locks in place solidly, and does not feel like it would separate during use.I have issues with muscles and joints, and have to see a massage therapist often, I have never used one of these before, and thought this might be a good opportunity to try one. I found that i can reach places not possible without one of these. I can choose my own strength of pressure and loosen those hard to get knots. There are many different balls and points you can use to massage the muscles.it does come with a 10 page manual with instructions and color pictures to help you learn the techniques. I may also look up YouTube videos to assist if I need to.The plastic material used is a flat matte, not rough, but not shiny and slippery. This makes it feel more stable in my hands as I move it and apply pressure to the muscles.This feels like a good quality product, and looks to be similarly priced to others on the market, and a good value for the sturdy construction of the product.

Takes some getting used to
I was really excited to try this NUREDA Detachable Trigger Point Massage Cane, but perhaps I need more practice! So far I have not been able to massage away any knots but I like the idea. The different knobs and balls can be used for different areas, and the bottom detaches, and can be turned around to reach other places. This NUREDA Detachable Trigger Point Massage Cane is versatile, and doesn’t require any charging, which is a plus.
