Perfect for non case users
Perfect for users who wanna use their phone without a case. Put these on the sides of my 16 plus and they provide perfect grip, and I can perfectly hold my phone without the slipping and sliding. Will definitely use these for every phone I use in the future. They are easy to put on and not very thick at all.

Grip without being tacky
Grippy, but not exactly in the way I thought it might be. I was originally looking for grip strips that would prevent sliding like silicon or rubber. These are pretty flexible, but the material they are made with is not grippy in the same way. They do add grip when holdingy phone now (the case was pretty slippery on the sides before), but with more of a gripping action because of the texture on these strips. They wouldn’t help if put on the back of a phone since they don’t prevent sliding on surfaces like rubber or silicon would.

Good idea, needs to be refined.The adhesive strip appears to be resilient but the grippy area needs to be rounded as the pyramid shaped risers dig into your hand.I sanded the tips and it is now grippy and comfortable.

Great for cell phone cases
I bought a phone case that I loves, but compared to past phone cases it was very smooth on the sides, resulting in my phone slipping out of my hands way too much. My daughter mentioned these grip strips and they absolutely did the trick! They adhered well, easy to apply, thickness is perfect. I’ve had them on my phone for several weeks now and they seem very durable – no peeling edges, etc.

Good grip for my flip
So far so good. Was not able to reposition them, so just make sure you put them where you want them. I have a samsung flip 7 and a slippery clear case. Now I’m able to open and grab it to hold on without worrying about it flying off of the table or out of my hands.

Weak adhesives. Went though them all in less than 2 months.
I bought these cos I use ultrathin cases for both of my iPhone Pro Maxes. Both the shinny smooth stainless steel (13 promax) and brushed titanium (15 promax) sides are exposed. Because of the type of weak adhesives that were put on these tapes by design, they don’t stick well on either surfaces, they’d fall off the sides every 2-3 days. Now my last tape has fallen off and my phones are not grippy anymore. Very sad. These would have provided good grips that would last longer if they only used harder and stickier adhesives. I wanted to rate 3-4 stars at first but wanted to wait a bit due to the weak bonding glue use to see how long they’d last. How it’s all clear I have to give 1 star as all the takes only lasted for less than 2 months.
