Confusing instructions
The instructions for this are very small and hard to read. I have good eyesight but I needed a magnifying glass to read them. They are also confusing and could use a little more detail. I think the manufacturer needs to put in more illustrations to show what buttons to push and when they need to be push.

Strong vibration. Very comfortable. I had to take off a star because the instructions were too tiny to be read. Even after looking it up online and taking a photo and enlarging, I still can’t figure out how to operate it consistently correctly. If you can figure it out, it is high value for the money. The product is high quality and the material is soft. The entire thing is very lightweight. Easy to use while sitting on the couch watching tv. The noise level is very low. I couldn’t figure out which button controlled the heat but it did get nicely warm on the part that hits base of neck.

One of the 3 functions works.
This unit doesn’t work as stated. I have followed the directions exactly. It is supposed to do 3 different functions. There is wave, heat, vibration. The only one that works is vibration. That being said just putting the unit under the neck and laying on it gives some stretching effect. I wanted the heat and wave but those don’t work on mine.

This neck massager is one of the best self-care purchases I’ve made recently. It’s deep tissue massage mode works to eliminate tension after a long day at work. The heat and vibration features add to the comfort, especially on cold days. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a compact, powerful relaxation tool.
