tl;dr- love these things for face and body!!
Let me start off by saying that I LOVE these type of thing! I used to use just the small wands and they were ok for the face BUT this is good for the whole body. That’s why I do like this type of light therapy. You can use it on your face or on your body.I use it on my arms and legs to help it absorb the lotion better and for me I am starting to see some results. BUT please remember that everyone’s body is different and what works for me might not work for you and vice versa. Also, will it deliver everything that it promises? For me yes but only time and continued use will tell for you.
