Great thermometer for our screened in porch in the garden
This brass thermometer is very high quality. It is easy to read but not from a distance. The humidity gauge adds useful information for my patio use. The swivel design lets you adjust the angle to avoid glare. I would suggest to mount it away from the door to get the right temperature. The weatherproof casing feels solid.

Vintage-Style Brass Dial for Easy Weather Monitoring
I’m a big fan of these vintage style analog thermometer/humidity gauges. This model by Wanderroot grabbed my attention in particular as it looked like a great value. The questions for me were, “is it accurate?” and “does it actually look and feel like a quality retro-style thermometer?”The short answer is yes to both those questions. The thermometer and humidity levels were accurate to within 4 degrees Fahrenheit as well as ~5% relative humidity (as confirmed outside via my weather station and in the garage via another accurate thermometer/humidity digital gauge). The 4-inch dial is large, with easy-to-read numbers (both Fahrenheit and Celsius). The minor graduations and humidity dial are reasonably scaled in size but, honestly, are harder for me to read without glasses. The brushed brass housing and rod look amazing and, along with the glass lens and pointer, give this temperature gauge a genuinely authentic retro look and feel. The thermometer has a fair weight to it, and the rod and mounting bracket hold the position you put it in without swinging around loosely.Installation is very easy, and my gauge came with two mounting screws.Overall, it’s an accurate, low-maintenance gauge that does the job reliably and without batteries. It has worked great for me for basic monitoring with vintage style.

Good quality and attractive outdoor thermometer.
This is a great looking outdoor thermometer-humidity gauge combination. I really like the brass housing and it complements the gauge face well. It’s large enough to see from five or six feet away, particularly the temperature, although the humidity is a bit difficult to see at that distance. I have to cut that distance in half to really see it well enough. It includes mounting screws which is appreciated, and the mounting arm and whole assembly appears to be built well. I’m happy with its construction, and the glass face will help it be visible for many years to come without fading or yellowing.Really the only thing I wish was different was that the mounting arm could pivot on the back of the gauge. This would allow you to mount it from above or below (or even an angle), instead of being restricted to a horizontal mounting location.Overall I think most people would be very pleased with it. It’s a good looking piece.

Beautiful
This is a beautiful brass thermometer. My favorite part is the swing arm that allows to you to place it in multiple different directions or positions based on what is available to you. This is important to me because of our frequent moving.
