Great Super Fast Charger
Charger meets Super Fast Charging 2.0 Standard (SFC). The power supply matches the PPS standards, or programmable power supply standards for charging at 9 volts and 25 watts. I used multiple test cables that are capable of super fast charging. All of them worked with the charger. You can see from the meter reading in the pictures that this charging cube was doing the job at full load, 9.246 Volts and 2.500 Amps. Then, after a complete full charge the voltage dropped a little to 8.786V. and current fell to a low charge state. In the picture it was 0.863A while I was playing with my phone at 100 percent charge. Just remember you must pair a SFC rated cable with this charger to get maximum charge speeds out of it. So, make sure you get a USB C 3.0 cable or higher rated ( 3.1, 3.2) for the max performance from the charger. If the cable is just a regular non rated USB C cable then, you will get just a lower charge speed for whatever that charge rate the cable is sensed by the cube to deliver to your phone. So, what that means is that this charger will not damage and overheat cables with less capabilities. Just slower charge times. The third picture shows you the entire ratings of this charger. This is definitely a recommended buy for this charger.

charges at fast charge 2.0
I have a S24 plus which can charge at 45w. I never understood why but it came with a 25w charger not the faster 45w. The larger size was available but it was costly from Samsung at the time. Now, I have my phone adjusted so it does not charge to 100% and I also use slow chargers 90+% of the time. I assume the many articles saying this helps battery life are true. I only use fast charge when I make a mistake and forget to charge or high usage drained it out. When this occurs, I really want fast charge from 5-50%. I believe this is going to be much faster as it does go to faster charge 2.0. The charge slows down once it gets closer to full so the time that shows on the phone is not really what I am looking for.In the picture I took the OEM 25w is on the right side. It is pretty close to the same size and looks pretty similar. It is a little thicker next to the outlet plug but that does not make a difference to me. The plugs are 90 degrees different as well.This is an inexpensive nice charger that does fast charge and works for me.
