No additional speaker option. No ability to connect to Wi-Fi. So if your hard of hearing & not in an area with tower connection…you can’t use this phone

Perfect for an 80 year old
My friend’s favorite phone died and we couldn’t find the exact one to replace it. She tried numerous different flip phones and did not like any of them. This one is perfect for her. She can hear and see and met all her needs. It is a very simple phone but she still managed to turn down the volume and turn on the flashlight by mistake 🤣

Bit more of a simpler phone, doesn’t work in all locations
This phone is more of a simpler phone. For one thing it does not not have any screen in the front so you have to oppen the phone to see who is calling and such. I do like that the red makes it easy to spot. The battery life is pretty good for a flip 4g phone. The phone is able to get a good two to three days on one full charge easy depending on the usage. With no screen in the front, it actually seems to be less of a power drain. The 4g part is a nice thing to have for things like tracking. Again you do have to open it to check for messages and do most things. The keys are pretty nice and the camera is obviously not going to be the best. At least my grandma can take pictures at even if it is low quality. I would say you are taking a picture with a low quality flash camera if anything. You are not going to get 1080 p out of this. The sound on this device is not the best but my grandma can still hear it for the most part. I do like the SoS function and the device will send a text message to people on the list (that you setup) and state you are in trouble or need help. Small downside is that you have to actually open the phone to see anything. Regardless the alert sent is just an automatically send the text. The flashlight on this phone is really low but that is expected. It is better than nothing in most cases. The device does support sim cards which can be good for when you are traveling. The micro SD card can be put in and store things like music and such. This device may not work all provider or all areas unfortunately. I found signal strength to this phone is not always good in certain locations so just note that. The plastic is okay but easy to notice scratches especially with no screen in the front and red color. There is no case. I feel the hinges are not bad. It does have a cradle to charge and it fully charges at about three hours. Again it can last several days depending on usage. Overall the device is okay, it does the job. I would advise to check the carriers, the sound is low, the led lights are very low which is expected. It does have a good SOS system and there material on the outside is pretty well built (except with red you may notice scratches). It is pretty inexpensive for what you get. My grandma are loving these kinds of phones as they are simple. I do think having a screen in the front is needed and a bit of a con for this phone. It is harder to see messages coming in especially if you are sound impaired as you need to open the phone.

El teléfono era para mi madre, pero al insertarle la batería, se encendió la luz de la linterna y no había forma de apagarla porque el botón estaba duro y no se movía, en cuestión de 30 minutos empecé el trámite devolución.Necesito un teléfono para mí madre, uno que sea fácil de usar, y no sé si volver a pedir este modelo o intentarlo con otro.(EDITO EL COMENTARIO)Me llego hoy el segundo telefono, 1 dia antes de lo previsto, al poner la bateria volvi a tocar el boton para ver si pasaba lo mismo que con el otro, y este tambien estaba “duro”, me veo obligado a reescribir el comentario ya que la culpa es mia, resulta que el boton no es para APRETAR sino para DESLIZAR, por lo que el movil anterior seguramente no tenia ningun problema y lo devolví por desconocimiento, aún asi, tanto amazon como el vendedor no pusieron ninguna traba a la hora de la devolucion, y todo el proceso fue rapido.Si hay algun ignorante como yo, que piensa que ese boton es para apretarlo, que sepa que es para deslizar (hablo del boton de la linterna).Tambien edite la valoración (estrellas) ya que con el primer comentario solo di una, ahora tienen sus 5, como debian tener desde el primer momento (culpa mia)El telefono llegó el dia 19, edito el comentario hoy dia 27 y añado que aun no le hizo falta cargar la bateria (le queda la mitad aun)

Das Handy ist handlich, die Tastatur gut leserlich und zu bedienen, doch leider keine anständige, verständliche Gebrauchsanweisung. Es fängt schon damit an, dass nicht erklärt wird wie man die Klappe öffnet, um die Simkarte einzulegen. Man will ja nichts abbrechen. Die Ladestation ist gut, sowie die Lautstärke auch. Ich bin mal gespannt wie meine Eltern damit zurecht kommen.
