Feels like its good quality, wish it wasn’t made of entirely plastic parts considering the amount of vibration it needs to hold up against on my electric bike, but it does the job of making my phone usable on my bike as intended. One thing I would say is that if you do not have a case for your phone, especially with an older iphone like the ones that have home buttons or the thinner models the phone might not sit straight in clamping part. It doesn’t seem to fall out but I wish the clamping area had a wider lip to provide some more peace of mind. Before I got a case I was having some issues getting it to sit flush in the place it is supposed to sit. Was fairly easy to mount, but again the way it screws into place doesn’t feel like it would stay super secure despite it holding the clamping section place for now. I would say that it is alright for the price but that if you have a few more bucks to spend that there are probably phone holding mounts that would provide you with a little more peace of mind. I am worried about the vibrations causing this to become loose and ineffective over time.

I use this a little differently than it is intended.I walk every day with ‘hiking sticks.’ I attached the cellphone holder one of my sticks.Why?For me, this is a highly creative time.I have a simple system called – Input, Throughput, Output. It works like this. I select a topic for a deep dive – typically between 2-6 weeks. I want to learn about something and comprehend it.INPUT: So, I take an old cellphone and load it with Audible books, TED Talk lectures, educational podcasts, etc., all on a single topic. The old cellphone is attached to my walking stick..THROUGHPUT: I play the source and ‘think’ about it.OUTPUT: I have my newer cellphone on my wrist with a cellphone armband. That cellphone is open to Google Doc and as I get ideas, via Throughput, I dictate them to my Doc.I get home and go through my Output, and determine what creative content I will add to my website.This cellphone holder works perfect – it locks to my stick, and it has a secure ‘flip switch’ which prevents the phone from falling out. And, when it rains, I simply cover my cellphone in a plastic bag and this cellphone holder easily accommodates that.A quality item.

Rock Solid and Easy to Install
I’ve tried cheaper phone mounts before that rattled or slipped, but this one feels much more durable and safe. It works great with gloves on too, which is a big plus when I’m riding in colder weather. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable, ultra-stable phone holder for your bike, motorcycle, or e-scooter, this is definitely worth considering.

In an attempt to keep my food budget under control, I tend to shop online early with coupons etc. When I have to go shopping in store, I try to keep to a list on my phone. This is annoying because Tim Tams aren’t on my list, and holding my phone and a coffee while shopping and pushing a trolley is tedious. I tried a phone and cup holder combo unit, which gripped onto the trolley handle with a clamp system, but it didn’t suit the phone too well (especially for ticking off items on the list). I also tried a MagSafe unit that wasn’t particularly strong enough to hold the phone and provide confidence at the same time.This one is great, if you don’t intend to frequently take it on/off the handle you attach it to. Yes, I use it on shopping trolleys and so I have to put it on and take it off frequently, but that’s also a testament to its strength – it holds so well to the trolley. The brackets are very loose to fit the phone in, but then they lock tight with the switch on the back – an absolutely FANTASTIC feature. I can type on the phone to add Tim Tams to the list, tick off what I meant to buy, reply to texts and compare prices at other supermarkets without the phone slipping or moving at all.

This phone holder is good but depending on your handlebar thickness it mite be slightly to big U may need some type of rubber to make it fit better I did get it to fit but it’s not as tight as I would like it to beUsing the actual mount is good tho it’s easy to put your phone in and out and it does feel locked in wellWould have been better if it has some type of screw at the back to attach your your handle bars it’s probably not safe to leave it on your bike when your not around your bike this can be taken off very easy so theft can easily happen

This bike phone mount has a unique design to it that makes it both easy to secure your phone to the mount, but also for attaching the phone mount to your bike handlebar.To install it to your bike handlebar, you have to unscrew the bottom of the phone mount, place the mount on your handlebar and then screw back the bottom piece until it’s nice and tight on your handlebar.Setting up the phone is certainly different from other phone mounts I’ve used. For this one, there’s no spring mechanism. Instead, you slide the phone holder until it’s got a tight hold on your phone, and then you just flip the red switch on the back from the unlock to lock position. And that’s it!It probably took me about 2 minutes to install this phone mount on my bike, but it has a solid grip on my phone. Impressed with the easy install and how it still keeps my phone secure.
