What a beautiful way to explain emotions! 🥹 My 5 year olds teacher has these in her kindergarten class, so when she was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and pulled from school I had to buy a set for our “home school”. These are so insanely helpful for my daughter! It breaks down the emotion so she can identify and even physically sit with the emotion she’s feeling. She has some pretty severe trauma responses when it comes to changing out her CGM and getting her insulin shots. We now have her grab what spot she’s feeling (she usually grabs anxiety and confidence) and as she prepares for us to switch her sensor or get her shot, she slowly pushes anxiety to the side and clutches to confidence! A physical reminder that we can sit with multiple feelings and choose how we respond to situations. Thank you so much to the creators of this product! You’ve given my baby power over her emotions!

Excellent product that helps others learn about emotions. The book describes emotions in detail. Plushies are cute, easy to hold, and the emotion is embroidered on the back. It comes with plushies, poster and book. It’s become a favorite.

Kids enjoy playing with the spots. I do find that I have to break the book into lots of sections as it tends to get a bit wordy…it’s useful, but definitely not something I would sit down and read start to finish with kids.

Brought for my work as I’m a teacher setting up a new well being base. These books are excellent and gives the children a rhyme/ song to recall when they are feeling in the particular mood and how they can improve it. Colourful and bright images which appeal to the children. I like the push toys that you can purchase as they match the books, the books can be used without them though too.
