The included wide-range cuff fits most upper arms (8.6-16.5″/22-42cm). For personalized fit, the UA-651 is also compatible with A&D Medical UA-289A Small Cuff (6.3-9.4″/16-24cm), UA-290A Medium Cuff (9.0-14.6″/23-37cm), and UA-291A Large Cuff (12.2-17.7″/31-45cm), all sold separately.
