I got this as a birthday gift for my husband. We started running since May this year and he’s been wanting to try this one out for quite a while. I think it runs true to size, and I also love how light these sneakers are. It provides lots of cushion for feet, so you can complete your long distance running with less fatigue.

Not for wide/flat feet.
I have wide and flat feet. After researching it looked like these would be a good shoe without any major stress to my ankles and what not. Not the case. Used them twice or around 4 mile runs and had very bad ankle pain, since I am flat footed I pronate, which I’m told is normal, but with these it was extreme over pronation. No fault of the shoe just my dumb feet. Would have loved to keep them cause they look good and are comfy otherwise but I can’t force them to not hurt my feet. But if you have normal feet they would probably be good, the carbon rods definitely add a good rebound.
