Quality product
I have not yet had to use this product – thankfully ! – but it includes all that is listed, and everything is of high quality. I purchased two, one for my MTB pack, and one to keep in the car. Definitely recommended if you need one !

Well thought out kit, great for day hikes.
Disclaimer: I have not opened the watertight package and used any of the items yet (thankfully).I carry this with me on all my day hikes. It’s small and lightweight and has everything I would need for small cuts and abrasions. It’s a well put-together kit that appears to have quality items inside. The outer yellow bag is tough and light, the little cord loops even have reflective thread weaved in them, nice touch. Inside the yellow bag is a waterproof plastic bag that you can see through one side of and has the contents printed on the other side. There is also a small card included that lists the contents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this kit to my friends and family. It’s the thought and details that went into this kit that make it a winner. Even if it’s just a day hike don’t forget flashlight, loud whistle and fire starter.

Perfect for backpacking trip!
Bought this for a backpacking trip and it was perfect! It’s super lightweight and has everything you’d need for minor injuries. Bandaids in different sizes, pre-cut moleskin, gauze, fabric tape, alcohol pads, tylenol, benedryl, antibiotic cream, etc. It comes in that yellow water resistant bag and a ziploc bag to keep waterproof.

Great EDC
Great size first aid kit for backpacking, daypacks, and anywhere else you want minimal gear. Keeps stuff dry and organized. Contains almost everything you’d want. Personally I added a few trauma care items in case of more serious injury. Overall very happy with this kit.

Great kit assortment with good packaging
This was highly recommended to me by an avid hiker as the med kit to get for one person. Great assortment of medical supplies in a small package. I always have it backpacking, hiking or mountain biking along with some lukotape P sports tape added to the bag, which stays on when wet. This kit is perfectly complimented by AMKs SOL Origin Sirvival Tool Kit which I really like and carry as well.Pros:-good assortment of supplies-bright waterproof package-light weight-great piece of mind-weighs .27 lbs fullCon:-bit pricey (but building one yourself would be way more)Bottom line: You need this for backcountry trips or long hikes.
