Better than expected.
I choose this after a failed attempt of another cooler by the same company. I don’t think it’s they’re fault but it never worked in the cooling arena for my specific laptop. I choose this as it looks to fully support a 17.3 laptop which is dose perfectly for me. Those of you with a MSI GF75 Thin, this is a perfect match.Now for cooling, i feel most of these pads just don’t push air and this does better in my use case because what it pushes effects the totally undercarriage not just the center or the bottom etc. it dropped my temps but my laptop just runs so hot. I’ve only had it a day, but button for lights off and speed worked the same as the previous unit I had. The build quality is better then you eould expect.I pulled out an iHome cooling pad from 10 years ago that’s horrible compared to this unit.The stoppers that keep the laptop from sliding off have rubber so it’s non-scaring to your investment.Sadly the usb cable isn’t breaded, but it’s too short and I have a replacement.TLDR: for the money and purpose of aiding in cooling a 17.3 inch gaming laptop (msi), it does the trick. Would buy Again. Don’t expect miracles, cooling pads usually drop temps a few Celsius at best.

Great value and does a great job
Very powerful fans keep you laptop cool when gaming with 6 fan speeds. I used to game for a couple hours and the bottom of my laptop would be hot enough to hurt fingers on-contact, but now it gets barely warm at the most. I am noticing the difference in performance as well, I am even able to increase the clock speed of my machine without thermal issues like throttling. The fans are relatively quiet and cannot be heard over the much louder built-in fans of my laptop or if I am wearing headphones.However, the material of the cooling pad feels a little cheaply built which is excusable as being light-weight in my mind. The RGB leaves me disappointed with limited color options and modes, but I find myself turning RGB off most of the time.Additionally, the incline settings of the pad are surprisingly nice to have as now my screen is on the same level as my head. The pad must be inclined to at least the first setting it seems to get adequate air flow for the cooling feature, at least on a bed surface which I play on.

Great product w/awesome customer service
The cooling pad is cool with the digital setting controls, colors, adjustable base and etc. I purchased this item because it has 15 fans and it gets the job done by producing a steady stream of cooling air w/very low noise. The quality is great and comparable to other cooling pads on the market.However, what I like the most is the customer service. My daughter lost the cable at summer camp. I reached out to customer service and they were awesome about sending me a replacement cable. That’s top tier customer service!

Difficulty cleaning
This laptop cooling pad used to work amazingly but I’m having trouble cleaning it and that is causing functionality issues It seems it doesn’t have a way to take it apart It would get five stars if I knew how to clean it properly or it was easier to clean properlyIt does function properly it helps keep my laptop cool and it’s mostly quiet I’ve had mine since a little over a year ago I think and it’s still standing strong with all of the other components and it’s very nice to be able to use the different positions

Great all around cooling pad
Honestly this is a great little cooler pad for a laptop. It’s got neat rainbow light up effects just for fun aesthetics with 6 options on colors, fan settings options that help laptop’s on board fans and is run by USB plug in so it’s easy install. I also really like the ability to raise my laptop up and angle it using the adjustable framing. I have no complaints, and I’ve been using it a couple weeks now. If it dies in the first year or goes bad in some way I’ll update my review.

It Just Works
This cooling pad just works. It has six fan speed settings, goes to solid green/blue/red. Or rainbow puke. I got this for my Dell Inpirion 7577. Got the laptop used off ebay and from the get go it was over heating. Temps were 94C on CPU and 93C on GPU. Took the entire thing apart. Re-apllied thermal paste. Undervolted and I was hitting 76-77C on both. Which was a big deal since now I no longer throttle. Well I took it a step further and got this pad. My temps never get over 64C while on the third setting of six on this pad which is incredible. This should extend the life of my laptop. I love that it has a small screen to display what its doing. It does have two USB ports on the back but one of them will be to power thr device. So your basically moving a USB port from your laptop to the pad. It is only USB 2.0. Sadly all my ports are 3.0 but it doesn’t bother me as I dont need that many. But if you have a thunderbolt port or dock mayne route your equipment through that.

Have had two, neither works correctly
Bought one from Amazon, only one side lit up the other did not. Reboxed it and had it exchanged for an identical unit.With this second one, after about two weeks the shut-off button worked only occasionally. Very occasionally. Most of the time, I have to unplug it to turn it off. It also stopped turning off automatically when I turn the laptop off, it continues working and draining my computer’s battery unless I do the manual unplug thing. Very annoying since I use the laptop multiple times a day.When I try to turn it to highest level of cooling, I get unpredictable results – the button to increase fan speed sometimes responds, sometimes not – my chances seem to be about 50/50 to get appropriate response from the switch. The lower levels of cooling are not enough for my laptop.Last, there are sharp edges on the bottom structure that hurt my lap after more than a few minutes use.My window of opportunity to return to Amazon is closed. I tried finding any warranty info on the unit, Amazon refers me to seller. When I bought it, I recall mention of a warranty but now cannot find any.Really, I wish you good luck with yours but mine has been a frustrating waste of effort and money.

I found the product to be exactly as advertised. It’s sturdy enough to hold my 17” laptop, and the little tabs at the bottom keep it from slipping. The noise level of the fan at all 3 settings is not distracting or loud. The fans keep my laptop nice and cool. It’s great to have several options for the rgb light settings. The extra USB outlet is handy. It’s also very portable and not heavy.All in all, I am happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

RGB lighting feature is really good, especially for gamingBut the main thing is the cooling feature which works perfectly. I have a relatively old laptop which sometimes may increase temperature but now I have no issues at all, even when using it in Level 1, which is the lowest. It is not noisy at these levels, however it could be a bit noisy at higher level (up to six).Although for some this may be a problem, I have no issue at all and hence the five-star review

Kam schnell an. Wer ein mittelklassiges Coolpad sucht ist hier richtig. Die Werte wurden etwas verbessert siwie es für dieses Preis Leistungsvergältnis zu erwarten ist. Ein Staubfilter wär noch ganz gut.
