It works
Its cool and it works …I dont think the onboard laptop fan has had to come on at all since I started using this cooling pad a week ago…only thing I dont like is that whenever this pad is restarted either with the laptop if it is plugged into it or powered by another USB device the LEDs have no memory as to how was set prior to restarting….for example if I set the LED on solid red after the power is reset it defaults back to the running RGB colors

Missing USB Cable / Overall a decent Cooling Pad
Can’t use due to missing usb cable to power fans.Editing my review since I found an old spare usb-a to usb-a I had in a desk drawer, the cooling pad works well, just check to make sure the one that is supposed to be provided is in the box.Second Edit : Customer service is excellent and will be sending the usb cable.Pros – Cooling fan is quiet even at full speed which is nice and keeps my laptop cool enough that I do not notice any thermal throttling of the GPU or CPU when gaming. Also the adjustable height has several settings which makes it comfortable to use in various scenarios.Cons – LED lighting resets every time the unit is powered off, memory of last setting would be nice, also better control over lighting would be nice as well.Overall a good cooling pad.

Issues with First Fan but Good Customer Service
Stopped working after only 3 months, keeps shutting off randomlyEdit: I learned there is a 1 year warranty, which is good to know. Good customer service, so hopefully the next fan will last a bit longer!

Have been testing the laptop cooling pad and watching temp levels while playing demanding games. I was more focused on purchasing it due to having my laptop flat on a surface (laptop i use props itself up from the back). I was skeptical due to the placement of my fans being on the side of my laptop vs. underneath, however i noticed the temp drop around 2-5 degrees.Pros. Quiet, Not to Bulky, RGB Colors are bright, Choice to have it raised lower, or higherCons. No RGB options, only one mode which is basically “static” with the rainbow colors.Overall, id buy again if needed, the RGB options are not a deal breaker.
