Great value and customer service
Excellent product and service. I was looking for a basic step counter with the ability to take my pulse. This fits the bill and does so much more. The Zepp app is amazing. I ended up being more interested in the sleep readout than the the steps and pulse. A wealth of info for free and even more for a reasonably priced subscription.I had some trouble with the face of the tracker lifting off of the base and Amazfit customer service was friendly and professional, replacing it right away. So impressed that I bought another tracker and a watch for family.

Great product!
I am very happy with this watch. I have previously owned a FitBit so I have been comparing the two. I really like this watch and it’s half the price of a FitBit.There are a lot of settings in the app that you need to make sure to change to fit your needs -how often you want heart rate measured, allow access to contacts, make sure you receive notification of text messages and notifications in any other apps that you want to receive. I just received a notification through Google on my watch about a tornado warning, so that was nice! I have a Google pixel phone and it works well with the watch.A couple of differences I noticed between this and the Fitbit are: constant heart rate tracking – this one tracks on intervals which you can set as you want to (1 min, or 10 mins) whereas the Fitbit tracks constantly. Yeah can also track heart rate on demand with the watch. Also this one tracks calories burned during activity whereas the Fitbit estimates the calories burned throughout the day. However I will say that the Fitbit was always grossly overestimating my calories burned anyway, so that feature was of no value to me. The Fitbit I had would often tell me I burned 2500 calories during the day. I am a 5’3 women, if I based my diet around that and ate 2500 calories I would gain a LOT of weight. I should be eating more like 1700 calories, even on days I exercise. So to me that feature on the Fitbit is not accurate. The band is comfortable and the watch face size is perfect – not too big or small.Battery life seems to be really good. I only lost should 10% of the battery charge throughout the day and I received a lot of notifications.Anyway this is a good quality product at a great price. I personally don’t see much advantage with a FitBit over this and this is half the price. If you aren’t very tech savvy then have someone help you with setting up the app and changing settings etc. to fit your needs.

It’s…fine.
I have had this Amazefit Band 7 for about 10 days. The battery lasted 9 days before I had to recharge it, so that’s great. The sleep tracker and heart rate seem accurate. The vibration alert is strong, easy to feel. The weather app is simplistic but accurate. It charges to full in about 45 minutes.I can’t figure out how to use the music control feature. Tried it with my phone’s music, and with my Echo playing music. It was unresponsive to both. Here is my big complaint: The BAND IS TERRIBLE. It comes loose all the time. I saved the tiny black rubber band that came wrapped around the charging cord and slipped that on the band, to hold it more securely, and it doesn’t fall off any more, but I wake up in the morning and it’s just dangling off my wrist. I think without the rubber band, it would fall off completely twice a day. The band is fairly comfortable to wear when I’m typing. I use a gel wrist wrest and it doesn’t hurt to wrest the watch on it when I type. It is water resistant. I have worn it through my shower each day without a problem. The pedometer over-counts my steps by about 10%. I compared it to another pedometer, and it was off a bit. I wish I could remove the features/apps from the watch that I don’t use. It’s a bit cluttered for my ADHD brain. I recommend you use the theater setting at night, so the screen doesn’t turn on unless you tap the face. The flashlight feature is bright. I wish the watch did more. Maybe had a game or two, more face options. Makes/receives calls. GPS. That sort of stuff. Overall, it was just…fine.**more thoughts after a couple of months of use**The phone app provided an update about a month ago that added features I was looking for. Namely, it now tells me when I am getting a call on my cell and shows me who is calling. It also gives me the option to reject the call. I can now see text messages that I receive on my cell. I cannot reply, but it lets me read the text without digging my phone out of my purse.I can also now change remove features I don’t use through the app, and re-order the ones remaining to suit me. I have access to downloaded apps and watch faces through they app store. The calculator app works well. There are some apps that are laughable. Like “Snake” and “Notes”. Snake is super lame, slow, nothing to do…for $2, the Notes app has keys that are about 1 mm wide. Impossible to type with it. Also $2.I purchased a pack of colored watch bands, and the clasp holds better than the band that came with the watch. I don’t need to put a rubber band around it to keep it on my wrist.I don’t care for the colors. Pastel pink, purple, green, and black. Yay. I’d love to see a royal purple band, navy blue, dark teal, etc.The battery continues to last me about 9 days in between charges.I re-sync the watch to the phone app every morning and have noticed my sleep data appears differently from one to the other after syncing.Last, I found that the watch reacts to warm water during my shower as finger touches. I often get out of the shower to see my watch face has changed, a countdown timer has been set, etc. This has been a very minor annoyance.I like being able to control the music playing on my phone from my watch. It’s a nice set up with my Bluetooth headphones. After 2.5 months of wearing this. I am glad I bought it and will check out the next iteration when it’s produced.I’d love to see they add proper GPS, a game or two that are actually fun, and voice texting.

Nice watch and functionalities, app a bit hard to read and metrics not always 100% accurate but enough to avoid other brands with subscriptions

It’s not as fully featured as an Apple Watch, but it tracks my sleep better. Plus it needs to be charged only about once a week, which allows for more consistent sleep/health tracking too (ie. not worrying about having to charge it daily like Apple Watch)
