I picked up the Amazon Basics Fiber Gummies to add to my daily supplements while on GLP-1 shots, and they’ve been a really good addition. Benefits and value
I’ve been using these fiber gummies for 3 months since struggling with premenopausal constipation. This product doesn’t make me feel bloated. Gummies have nice flavor and are soft. Reasonably.

I rarely write reviews. These fiber gummies are absolutely delicious. I look forward to taking them every night as part of My, “dessert.” I have to remind Myself they are fiber gummies & only allow Myself My allowable amount. If they released gummy snacks, I’d buy them. I highly recommend these. IDK how they got them to taste so amazing. All 3 of the flavors. (Lemon, orange, & strawberry) I buy other supplements in gummies, (Welch’s) gummy snacks, & I have even made My own infused gummies, and these are the best. I’d tried Metamucil before & had severe abdominal pains. These have not caused any discomfort whatsoever and are a joy to take. However, I personally take 3, wait a while, then take 3 more. (The serving is 2 gummies.) They smell good, are super soft, and don’t get stuck in My teeth. Everything about this product is 5 Stars.

Grainy but functional
These gummies do what they’re supposed to do as fiber supplements. Good! Function is fine. But the taste and texture aren’t great. There’s a grainy, powdery, sticky consistency that makes these hard to take for me. They get stuck in my teeth, there’s a bitter taste, it’s a very… chore-y experience. This could be a bonus for some people! I’ve had other fiber gummies that basically taste like candy, and that can lead to disaster if you’re not careful. But I specifically won’t buy these again because they feel so gross to eat. If you’re not sensitive to taste and texture, go for it. If you’re more like me and textures play a huge role in your food experience? Pay the extra few bucks for a better brand.

Work great and a nice candy like treat to get some added fiber
I have ordered these several times now. These are an absolutely easy way to take fiber supplements. Taste like candy! A real plus over drinking Metamucil and you don’t have to coax me to taking my fiber and they work great. I take two a day!
