Value for money and good quality massager
This massager works so well. Very easy to use and love that it comes with holes on the ends to maneuver wherever you need to. The heat setting is so convenient and it’s very quiet. Great quality, affordable neck massager!
This product came very quickly. I opened it up and found that it was a very good quality. It charged quickly using the provided USB-C cable. I loved that the massager featured a heating option as well as a massager. I was very pleased with the different settings and quality of the neck massage. This will be a game changer for headaches and neck pain. Super pleased with this product and the size accommodates both me and my husband. May be purchasing a few more as gifts this season!

Great hand mimicing massager
My spouse has chronic neck pain from two surgeries. I am always on the look out for a new product to give him some relief. The “arm pockets” (not sure what they are actually called) caught my eye on this massager. You place your arms through the individual pockets to pull down on the massager to increase the intensity. Additionally, you can place one arm through both pockets leaving the other arm free to do whatever. I used the massager and I will remark that it mimics an actual hand massage, although in my opinion much better because this massager offers 180 minutes of usage before needing a recharge. I am only able to hand massage my spouse’s neck for about two minutes and then my hands are tired. This massager easily surpasses that time, allowing my spouse to get a long, soothing, heated, deep tissue massage. There are two different types of material. Both are very soft and flexible. The massager is wireless so no need to be stuck near a wall outlet. My husband has been using this massager every day for a week and commented that it really provides a long, intense, relaxing massage that he can enjoy whenever he wants. The massager arrived with a charge, so it was ready to try right out of the box. It is especially easy to operate. There is a zipper that runs the length of the massager, I do not know what it is for, but may be handy in the future if I need inside the massager. What is best, I have a happy hubby…I can’t ask for more!

Better than most devices at massaging your trapezius muscle in the neck. It’s not perfect, but it works better for neck pain than anything else I found on Amazon. I have bought five devices and returned four of them. I will probably be keeping this one even though I’m not in love with it.

OMG! Do not hesitate to click add to cart if you have back, shoulder or my case neck pain. I have severe cervical spondylosis from decades of computer work 12-14 days. I thought I was done—couldn’t check blind spots driving! I do three 15 sessions (heat on) and my neck now feels better than it has in a decade. Full motion. The message balls are the perfect size, the heat is warm and gentle and the battery lasts thru the day. I also use it on my shoulders and lower back

Best Christmas / birthday gift
I’ve spent years dealing with back pain and easily spent $200 a month on professional massages—but this massager is honestly the next best thing. It gives me the best machine massage I’ve ever had, and the heat option is incredible. After a long day at work, I can come home, relax, and melt away the soreness without having to schedule an appointment or leave the house. The comfortable arm rest is also a plus as i try similiar product, but the narrow arm rest / openning made me uncomfortable, The arm openning on this model is wide and comfortableThe different massage functions make it more than just a massager—it’s a full relaxing experience. As someone with poor posture, this has made a real difference in my daily comfort. And yes, this thing is worth every penny.It’s also such a great value. Cheaper than a single professional massage, and I can use it whenever I want. I got it the day after ordering and have already used it multiple times. I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know and will probably buy a few as Christmas gifts.

Love this so relaxing
I’ll start by saying I don’t usually leave reviews but this this is amazing. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and it is so nice. I love the heat and the fact that it has 5 different heat settings. The massage is so relaxing with the heat there is 5 speeds to choose from. The different size massage balls do a great job. You can create your own pressure but slightly pulling down the arm straps I like a deep massage and this works very well. Most neck ” massagers” just vibrate and give me a headache but this on actually massages I can fall asleep with it. I get 4-5 uses on one charge. There is a 15 min timer. I like to start at the base of my skull and go all the way down my back it’s so relaxing with the heat. 5 stars all the way I would highly recommend this neck/back massager
