Important Notice
1. If you are experiencing slow WiFi speed, please check whether your router is WiFi 6 and if it is compatible with WiFi 5. Our box supports WiFi 5, and some WiFi 6 routers only operate in the ax mode on the 5GHz frequency, without supporting the compatible WiFi 5 AC mode. This may result in slower speeds. If that’s the case, please adjust your router settings to enable the compatible WiFi 5 operating mode; this should improve the speed.
2. If the network can not work, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1). When connecting to WiFi, ensure that the Ethernet connection is disconnected, as Wi-Fi may not function properly if Ethernet is still connected.
2). Additionally, go to “Settings” -> “Device Preferences” -> “Date & Time” -> “Automatic date & time” and check if it’s enabled. If not enabled, the device won’t be able to access the internet and perform automatic time updates.
If you’ve followed the above steps and Wi-Fi still doesn’t work, try restarting your router and then attempting to connect. Also, reset the box to factory settings from Settings -> Device Preferences -> Factory Reset and try connecting again.
If Ethernet isn’t working, check if Wi-Fi is disconnected first, then connect Ethernet. Also, check if the cable in the port is properly inserted. If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, try a factory reset.
If you are unable to connect to a hotspot, check whether the device can recognize your phone’s hotspot ID. If it recognizes the hotspot but cannot connect, restart Wi-Fi on the TV box and verify if it can detect the hotspot. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset from Settings -> Device Preferences -> Factory Reset, and attempt to connect again. If the device still cannot connect, try using a different phone. If none of the above resolves the issue, please STAY IN TOUCH WITH US for further assistance or a replacement product
3. If you have recently experienced issues with Dney+ becoming unavailable after a forced update, please do not hesitate to have touch with us. We will promptly provide you with the latest APK for updating your application.
4. Please be aware that the current version of Netfx is designed for mobile devices and require the use of a keyboard or mouse for navigation. For a more convenient TV experience, you can obtain the latest firmware from our support team and perform a simple OTA upgrade to access the TV version of Netfx, which is can be used with a remote control.
5. It’s worth noting that many Android TV boxes in the market come with the mobile version of Prime, which may lead to navigation issues when using a remote control. These issues can be easily resolved by utilizing a keyboard or mouse, as most available apps are optimized for mobile devices.

Warm Tips
APP installation – The TV box supports the installation of Android apps from the App Store, APK Pure, Aptoide, apkmirror, and Aptoide TV. If a downloaded app doesn’t work,
a> Please go to the “Settings” menu on your device, locate the “Apps” option, and find the app in the list of installed apps. Select the app and navigate to the “Model” section. Choose the “Normal” setting and save the changes. Test the app to see if it functions properly.
b> If the problem persists, you may have downloaded the wrong version. In that case, you can try downloading the app from one of the other mentioned app stores. Additionally, you can get in touch with Transpeed for assistance.
If Nflx cannot be navigated using the remote, please contact Transpeed to download another APK.
2. Bug fixing – You can fix bugs by upgrading the TV box online through FOTA (My apps – FOTA Update) or by restoring it to factory settings.
3. Can’t log into Google account – Please try doing a factory reset on the TV box by accessing settings menu – device preferences – about – factory reset. Afterward, attempt to log in to your account again.
4. Keyboard issues – If your keyboard is not functioning and the third indicator light remains yellow, try repairing its code.
Press and hold FN first, then press FN+F1 together. After the blue LED light flashes, release the keys and insert the USB receiver. When the blue LED light stops flashing, it indicates a successful repair.
5. Connection issues – Please ensure that your network is functioning properly. Also, verify that you have set the correct time zone in the settings – device preferences – date & time.
Please note that you cannot simultaneously enable Wi-Fi and connect the TV box with an Ethernet cable. If you wish to use Wi-Fi, disconnect the Ethernet cable and use only one of the two options at a time.
6. Remote control issues – Some apps such as Netfx are designed for touch screen devices like tablets and phones. In such cases, use the mini keyboard or a mouse for navigation.

8. Distorted screen: Please ensure that you connect the HD cable to the TV box first, and then connect the power adaptor to the TV box. Incorrect connection may cause issues such as a frozen or distorted screen, or a lack of signal.

Working good!
Multifunctional. You can install almost every app for Android system, this is – Android 12. If you buy with 7 inch touchscreen for computer, you can buy, also, digital tv antenna for Android phones. And, it will be tv. If you don’t need to carry device everywhere and no need camera – this product for you! Just plag and play! Working little bit slowly, but, this is ok!

Fast and Updated correctly (get this one)
Here is an honest review, Buy this one it works flawlessly, the everything works as it should it’s 100% direct replacement for the 🔥 stick which is low on memory etc ,this allows you much more memory and the processor is a million percent faster the wifi connection doesn’t drop but it is limited to 40 to 100 mbps which is fine for 4k streaming videos etc may add a usb wifi dongle at some point ,the remote it like the 🔥 stick only thing you need to do it go into settings and turn on /allow the hmdi to control your tvs power on and off also turn the volume on your tv to 100 and use the remote to control the volume, the Google Playstore is officially correct and you can update it like you should, the android base software is correct and official ,not hacked or anything,The web browser is correct and allows you to update everything on this device, so I will purchase more of these to replace the slow firesticks…..Also Ive tried many of these …..so to save you the trouble get this one …..oh before I forget if you have a cpu keyboard and mouse plug it in ,it’s much easier to setup everything at first ….I highly recommended this device to all my friends

Very disappointed…don’t waste your money
I’m so disappointed in this product and would very strongly suggest that you pick another brand. Let me start by saying I have had previous versions of this product and I really liked them, they worked great and got this one to upgrade to a better version…Mistake!!! It feels like the developer was working backwards when trying to make this product. Build quality; it feels flimsy almost like a toy…in fact a toy might be made of sturdier material. I wouldn’t mind that if the product worked. Coinectivity; it will not stay connected to Bluetooth devices or the internet. App availability; there are apps that I had on my old version of this are not available in the play store…they are available just not seen by this device. I can find them on my phone and on my previous box. The apps that it can find, it runs them laggy, slow and just don’t work. It’s actually worse off than the older versions of itself. It’s really terrible, I would not recommend. I would send it back if I could but that option is not available to me.

Almost great little droid box
I really liked that it was very similar to running a normal android phone and it came with nice, lighted wireless keyboard with built in mousepad. You also have the mirroring, screencast option. And the android version is rooted so i guess it makes tweaking software easier. What I didn’t like was that many Google Play apps such as Netflix or my cable TV apps refused to work saying they weren’t compatible with my version of android. I tried troubleshooting and searching for compatible versions but all dead ends so far. Sure, mirroring works, and I’m pretty sure if you search good enough, you’ll find a side install method via Aptoide, etc. Also, a bit scary, it only has soft power off and doesn’t really fully turn off, which that, and that it’s rooted means it can be more easily hacked. I know it doesn’t fully turn off because my Bluetooth speaker keeps connecting and disconnecting as if the box goes in/out of idle. I hope a new version perhaps in a years time will fix all these kinks.

Changed the way we watched TV
I was using a Firestick for my TV and apps, but it kept filling up so quickly…. Then I found this unit. It had substantially more than the Firestick, and came with not only a remote, but an additional remote with a keyboard. The price was amazing, so I placed the order. As soon as the unit arrived, I started setting it up. I had it connected and playing a movie within 15 minutes. Adding apps is super easy, and it connected to my wifi with no problem. The processors in this unit are lightning fast compared with the Firestick, and the picture quality far supercedes anything I have had before. I have already recommended this unit to several friends and would definitely buy again.

Works great for what it is, if you are able to hardwire it via ethernet. Returned one due to WiFi not working. Still had to hardwire it due to no WiFi available on the second one.
