hopefully, I will never know if they are any good. much like any insurance policy. if you use it you can truefully fill these questions out. I can say I feel easier now that I have someone to turn to in case something goes wrong totally worth the money.

SCAM!
I figured this would be a scam and they would make it nearly impossible to claim a reimbursement with this “protection” plan but I was wrong. They’ve made it entirely impossible to claim a reimbursement with this “protection” planI only bought a cheap massager but I’ve bought a few already and expected it to break after a few months of use because they always do. I kept buying them because spending $40 every few months to keep my tension headaches away was worth the money. But then I realized I could pay $40 once and $3 extra so that once the massager breaks, I could get it replaced half of the time and cut my cost in half.But deep down I KNEW this wouldn’t work out. They make it so difficult to even find the portal to start a claim, then once I walked through the steps they came back saying my massager was covered under “warranty”. There is no warranty for this item or this company. I had to do a lot of digging and spend a lot of time to discover that. Then when I contacted the customer service for Amazon to figure out how to procede with this imaginary warranty they gave me a contact for Asurion customer “service” which ended up being AI or the stupidest person in the world who kept giving me the same answer three times in a row! And they were telling me to go through the online process I had already been through. I would rephrase how I was asking the question in hopes that maybe my next explanation would tell them that I had already done what they said and need to know the next step.Long story short, this is just a way to scam you out of a few extra dollars. And to me, it isn’t the cost but what this says about society. Do we really live in a world where a company manipulates people and promises a service they have no intention of making good on? Is this how all companies will behave in the future? If there were options other than Chinese crap I would just buy a high-quality massager but even the expensive ones are Chinese crap. I guess I need to find another way to massage the tension out of my neck. Good luck everyone.
