I haven’t got the email! It has taken forever and I still don’t have 2 claims processed! My pool is green and half the water is gone from it. The Kardia Mobile and Trash Pump are still not processed after an over and a half of going back and forth of dealing with Asurion! I have been hung up on while being transferred so many times I can’t count. No returned calls that were promised! I am very, very disappointed in Asurion. I will find my own company to insure my products!

I always buy a warranty whenever I purchase anything electronic. Just makes it so simple when it dies! That’s always my luck anyways, but Asurion at least makes it much less painful.
