I was thoroughly impressed with the way my claim was handled by Asurion. I needed to return a vacuum pet groomer, after two years of use, and although it could not be repaired, they issued a refund for the total amount. The refund was processed, when I dropped off the unit to an authorized UPS location. Amazing service and commitment to excellence!

Horrible experience
Full disclosure this is not my first rodeo with this company. The last time around was a disaster because literally the one hand didn’t know what the other hand was doing… Fast forward this time I had a problem with my electric razor. I spoke to someone gave them the information with the contract number and very quickly and efficiently they handled my complaint, send me an Amazon credit via email and I was done so this time they get five stars thank you

POOR PRODUCT REVIEW | NEEDS ANALYSIS
ALL I NEEDED WAS THE HEAD REPLACED. SCRAPING THE WHOLE RAZOR ADDS TO THE CARBON FOOTPRINT UNNECESSARILY. COST ASURIAN MORE MONEY, WHICH DEFAULTS TO CONSUMERS……..I CALLED SUPPORT….. ONLY OPTION…..
