Best Laptop I’ve Ever Had

Waste of Money
I would give it zero stars if I could. First I got a non-rgb keyboard. Then I discovered it overheats while in sleep mode. The screen glitches on and off. Just today it turned my spreadsheet to a screen that looked like a tv satellite feed during a thunderstorm. This thing is useless. And because it’s past the 30 day Amazon window (bc heaven forbid I’m disabled and had a life emergency happen) the seller wants me to pay to send it to them for not guaranteed repair. Ot their second option is I just pay to take it to a local repair shop. No matter the amount of time passed, I’ve used this computer for less than 10 HOURS. And most of that was in system updates. This went from a really happy buy to just tossing my fixed income money out a window. It’s disgusting.

Great All-Arounder
Well built, not overly heavy. It’s a perfect size(16″) for working or gaming. AMD processor and GPU, so it works well. I know a lot of people prefer Nvidia cards, but this works very well. Not too loud under load, but you won’t be able to game in a classroom and get away with it. I got this on sale for ~$1200 with 64GB 4800MT/s DDR5 memory and 2 TB of storage space, which makes it a really good value. I would recommend if you need a laptop for a multirole purpose like I did.

Buyer Beware
I don’t recommend this laptop. In less than a year the screen has begun to glitch and freeze up. I also don’t recommend purchasing anything from Lucky Tech LLC. Per information received directly from ASUS when inquiring about the warranty status, this third party seller bought this laptop from Best Buy and then resold it here on Amazon. This ate up three months of the mfg. 1 year warranty. I contacted Lucky Tech LLC. and they were not supportive at all, blaming me for screen glitching and freezing which is absolutely not the case, it’s 100% a product defect. I’m very disappointed in the product, the seller and Amazon’s customer service on this one.

Best laptop for the price
Phenomenal value for the money. If you need a mid range laptop and don’t really care about the bells and whistles in the higher-end machines (zephyrus etc) then this is the system for you. I’ve bought two. Thermals are great, and the graphics card is unbeatable in the price category

Too good to be true…
Screen glitches worse than Vanellope in Wreck-it Ralph. Like Vanellope, it is fast when it actually works… unlike Vanellope, I was unable to get it under control. Sending it back. Seller was easy to work with for the return. I’m super sad because the specs were fantastic for the listed price, but it looks like it was too good to be true.
