Loaded with options. Works as described.
Laptop came with all options as described. It is very fast to startup and load apps. I use it for web browsing and office work. Can’t comment on using it for gaming. Lots of memory and storage. Lifetime Office works perfectly. Very light weight to carry around. Need a little practice to use the numeric keypad. A great price considering all the included options.

I am very pleased with my new Asus Vivobook laptop. It has successfully replaced my Dell laptop, which couldn’t be upgraded to Windows 11. The transition to the Asus has been refreshing, offering a variety of features that my Dell simply lacked. Setting up the laptop was easy, and I’m impressed by the 24GB of RAM, which allows me to run multiple programs simultaneously without any issues. The speed is more than sufficient for all my applications.Another significant advantage is access to Microsoft Office 2024 for a lifetime at no extra cost. The laptop’s weight and build quality are excellent, and I appreciate the complimentary items that came with it, including a mouse, a mouse pad, an external 2.5″ HDD/SSD drive, a 6-in-1 USB-C hub, and two different types of cables.I would highly recommend this laptop for students of all levels. Additionally, the customer service is exceptional, as they respond to my questions within a business day. Overall, I am very pleased with my new Asus Vivobook laptop.

The laptop included everything that was advertised. The keys are soft touch, it very fast and the design is very functional. what value for money purchase and gets the job done. If you are looking for a student laptop or small business device I would recommend.

Good machine for the internet and schoolwork.
I bought this as a gift for a friend and she tells me that she absolutely loves it. As she’s the one using it, and she lives out of state from me, I can’t say if the speed, storage capacity, battery life, or screen quality are adequate or not. Personally, i thought it was a good value for what she said she needed.

Overall Review
I bought this computer for light gaming, but I also ran it through heavy gaming. It runs games like Roblox great—loads quickly and runs smoothly. Regarding high-demand tests, I ran Cyberpunk; it runs, but about a 7/10, with lag at low to medium settings, which is fine considering it’s a budget laptop.Now, onto storage: the internal SSD is good, and I haven’t had any issues. However, the external SSD was frustrating—I waited over 2 hours to install a game called Sun Haven, which is only about 2 GB. This made the external SSD seem useless, as even downloading it onto the internal drive and transferring took roughly an hour. I canceled both processes and didn’t finish, so who knows how long it would actually take in total.Battery life isn’t terrible, but it’s not great either—around 4-5 hours at high performance with 50% brightness. Using energy-saving mode might extend it to about 7 hours, and with battery saver enabled, probably 9-10 hours. That’s not bad if you’re using it for writing, watching TV series, or movies.Regarding accessories: the mouse isn’t bad; it has a rechargeable battery and supports wired/wireless modes. It’s lightweight, and while I’m not sure about the battery life, it seems decent. The USB hub isn’t bad—I already have an SD card reader, so I haven’t used it, but the cord feels sturdy, and the exterior looks average. The HDMI cable works fine; it’s fairly short—about 5-6 feet. The audio quality isn’t bad; I’d compare it to phone quality—nothing special.The computer boots quickly and handles browsers and games like Roblox well. I also tested it with a high-demand Roblox game that crashed on my phone and tablet, but it ran fine on this laptop. It took a few seconds to load assets smoothly, but after that, it was fine.Overall, I’d rate this a 5/10. The main issues are battery life and the external SSD—500 GB isn’t enough storage, and since I relied heavily on the external drive, it was a limitation. It’s not a bad PC for writing, reading, or passive use, but I wouldn’t recommend it for gaming. I’d say it’s priced pretty high at retail for its functionality.

Asus 14″ laptop
I love this laptop. I am embarrassed to admit that I bought, and returned four others. This checked all the boxes for the things I wanted. I wanted small and light with a numeric keypad. Asus’s way of addressing this is genius. The touch pad, with the touch of a button, turns into a keypad. I did accounts payable for years. A keypad is a must for me. All the stuff that came with it, is stored with box. I have an external drive, I tried the mouse for a few minutes, didn’t like it at all. The seller pack it well. I am really really happy. The 24mg of ram was a great addition.

Didn’t work. Waiting for my refund.
I charged the laptop as instructed in the manual. Upon startup, I could not get a cursor on the screen using either the keypad or an external mouse. I returned the item and received a refund but the seller charged a $31.12 restocking fee. Everything in the listing for the item indicated that there would be a full refund if there was a problem. Fortunately, Amazon stepped up and made this right by crediting me the restocking fee. Do not order e@world.
