Awesome Massager
I <3 this massager. I work in IT so a desk job sitting hours at the computer and it easy to feel back & neck soreness. This is easy to use, plug and play, comfortable options to set it up on the computer hair, couch or bed to take care of those back and neck spots. The kneading massage heads are great at getting rid of those pesky knots. The heat option is an added bonus. The remote has other feature like 15 min timer, changing directions of the kneading rollers, speed of the massage etc. It also had the flexible option to use on different surfaces, body parts and also a 12v plugin to use with a car.

Massage almost as good as hands
Very nice product. Designed to massage muscles that are at base of your neck. When these get tight you have neck pain. It could produce more heat in my opinion.

I wish I had shopped around more before I wasted my money on this one. It makes noise, the heating element doesn’t work all the time then when it does it burns you! Total waste of money and I won’t be so quick to purchase the first one I see next time!

JUST GET IT!!!
I’ve had it for about two weeks now and I use it every day it’s absolutely wonderful!!! It works great and massages deep to get the kinks out my back! I carry around my 30lbs baby in a baby carrier all day which really makes my back and shoulders hurt so bad but this massager has helped me so much it’s relaxing not too heavy and not too big so I can use it in the car for road trips very easy to use

It hurt
Tried to use it for my neck and it’s hard to align and get comfortable in order to use it. It hurt the cervical spine/nape of my neck more than anything.Put a little pressure on it for my stomach and then my back and it stopped rotating.

The 5 stars is based on the price: $20 on Black Friday.I wasn’t sure what to expect with this type of product so I bought this one and another that cost twice as much. I like the other one better, so I took this one to work where it still gets used all the time.The rollers on this are harder than those on the more expensive product. The other product’s rollers have a little give so it feels better, especially before the heat kicks in. Once the heat kicks in after a few minutes, it feels absolutely amazing.
