Steady Luteal‑Phase Energy AND Less Daily Hair Loss
NOTE: I tested these for a full 28 day cycle so I could provide a more thorough and accurate review about their effectiveness.I’ve been seeing a lot of hype around beef organ supplements on social media recently and I was super excited to try Glow Girl’s version. I started implementing iron supplements into my routine a couple of years ago and they made a big difference in my energy levels. Knowing that food-based supplements are more bioavailable, and that iron itself is more bioavailable when paired with Vitamin C, I had high hopes that these would be an upgrade from my regular old supplements. These ended up exceeding my expectations in a couple of ways:1. These helped to stabilize my energy levels especially during the luteal phase of my menstrual cycle, when I’m usually feeling more sluggish and tired throughout the day. It’s not like a caffeine boost or anything, just a steady overall increase in energy. I think this is due to the fact that you’re changing the dosage depending on which stage of your cycle you’re in. Customizing the dosage to your body’s rhythm seems to make a big difference. I also appreciate that they include an easy-to-follow chart for suggested doses for each cycle phase – incredibly helpful addition.2. The big shocker – and the aspect that pushed this supplement into 5-star territory – was the noticeable difference these have made in reducing the hair loss I’ve been experiencing since entering perimenopause. While showering and brushing my hair, I’ve been losing a much higher amount of hair than what’s considered normal, and while I haven’t yet noticed any visibly thinned spots, I could feel that my hair was getting thinner when I gather it into a ponytail. Literally one week after I started taking the Glow Girl organ supplements, I noticed a dramatic reduction in the amount of hair I was losing on a daily basis. I was not expecting that at all, although after doing some research, preventing hair loss is a benefit that beef organ supplements claim to have. While it’s still too soon to tell whether these are helping me grow new hair, it’s greatly reduced the amount of hair lost. For that alone (and because the are a good value for the number of capsules you get) I plan to continue using Glow Girl.Other observations: I did not experience any stomach discomfort and I also noticed an improvement in my skin, specifically reduced hormonal acne before my period.

So Impressed Already. Great Packaging, Formula & Cycle Support
I’m really excited to start using this Glow Girl beef organ supplement from Zakrama. I’ve been taking another brand of beef organ capsules, but decided to switch to this one because you get more capsules per bottle which feels like a better value, and I alsp like that it’s specifically formulated for women with added vitamin C.I was honestly surprised by how nice the packaging is. It feels like a premium product and even came with cute little extras, which made the whole experience feel very thoughtful and intentional.I love that this formula uses 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised beef organs and includes a full complex: liver, heart, kidney, spleen, thymus, ovaries, uterus and pancreas, plus vitamin C. Together they’re designed to support hormone balance, energy, mood, skin, nail strength, hair, immunity, digestion and PMS/cycle health and I feel lik they will be very effective together. It checks all the boxes I look for in a women’s organ blend.Another thing I really appreciate is that the capsules don’t have a strong smell or taste, which is a big win for me with organ supplements. Good stuff
As a 6-month-long primal Queen user, I can say that I have had no complaints using this instead of primal Queen. It’s working quite well. When I’m on grass-fed beef organ supplements in general, I definitely notice an increase in my level of energy. I have not seen any relief in pain except when I have my monthly cycle. And my cycles have definitely been far more consistent and comfortable. It also reduced my flow. My cycle has been much lighter than normal. I have not experienced any weight loss like I’ve heard other users talk about. I wish! But not for me so far. They are easy to swallow, about the size of a regular capsule that you would buy an herb in. I have no complaints with this and I would definitely use it if I couldn’t get my primal Queen.
